The return process is a little involved…
The return process is a little involved - You need to get an RA#, pay for shipping / insurance, get the notice that it's been received, and you will receive a credit, but if you don't see the credit within 7 - 10 days of the email, you need to follow up. Thus far, I've always had to follow up and ask for my refund after 10 days of a no-show credit.

Affordable options
In this time of shrinking income due to high prices, GS is able to provide jewelry in lower price points. While what I purchased may not be outstanding due to the price, it’s still a pretty and nice gift for a friend or family member. I’d I could rate a zero I would. Bought an item and when calling for my return authorization their recorded system says that I must go through the customer service number I am using. No one can help me on chat and I can’t get them to pick up if I call the regular customer service number. Reporting them to the BBB.

On the rare occasion that I receive something and it does not meet my expectations, Customer Service has been very easy to work with in arranging for a return for refund.
