Always great to shop at the best jewellery store in Hatton Garden. A family business where the staff are polite, professional and friendly offering excellent jewellery and advice. Our go to shop in the area, simply not another store as good. My wife and I are delighted with our purchases, Thank you 💖🌟

Gems Jewellers is a superb family run business, Jas helped me choose an engagement ring for my fiancé, and then was extremely helpful in helping us choose wedding rings to match.

She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding rings that suited our needs.

Jas and the team at Gems are exceptional. Over the last 10 years I have bought several items of jewellery including my wife’s engagement ring and our wedding rings.

On occasions I have asked for custom made pieces and been given options and advice without any pushy sales tactics. Jas has gone above and beyond to find the perfect solution to my sometimes confusing requests. On one occasion arranging a courier when I couldn’t make it to the store to collect an item.

Buying jewellery can be overwhelming but anyone heading to Hatton Garden should visit Gems for great service and honest advice.

This is how you should feel when you go to a jewellers to make such an important purchase as an engagement ring or wedding ring! Both of which I/we got from Jas and her lovely family.

I bought my wife’s engagement ring from them first and was so impressed by their service that we went back to buy our wedding bands there too.

The quality of work and the very tight deadline which they managed to achieve it in were amazing.

Dimple is absolutely amazing in everything she does, she’s very through and knowledgeable and is the best person to go to when purchasing something special, I’ve recommended her to all my family and she’s been our go to for exquisite jewellery and diamonds for many years! She’s extremely friendly, approachable & dependable, I cannot recommend her and her business enough!!!

Excellent service. I have used Gems twice recently, for an engagement ring and then two wedding rings.
We have dealt with Victoria and Jas who have both been very helpful.
Victoria was great when I first visited and knew nothing about rings. She explained everything in detail and offered her opinions but wasn't pushy at all.
Communication via Whatsapp has also been very easy.
I would highly recommend that anyone going to Hatton Garden visits Gems.

We had the most amazing experience with Vicky at Gems selecting an engagement ring. We initially came in having 0 knowledge about rings and she very patiently spent time with us to let us look at and try on a variety of rings and then helped us look at an amazing selection of stones once we had decided to go down the bespoke route. Throughout the creation of our engagement ring, the team was very clear and Communicative about each of the steps and had the ring to us exactly in the quoted time.

We absolutely love our engagement ring and it was masterfully crafted exactly to our specifications. Looking forward to working with the team again for the wedding bands.

I had spent forever trying to find an engagement ring which I liked, but no jewellers seemed trustworthy enough. It all changed however the moment I stepped into Gems. I spoke to Jaspreet about my idea and knew I was finally in the right place. She embraced my ideas and didn’t force me to go for the highest priced item but valued what I was after. This is a family run business who really cares about their customers and I can’t thank them enough for creating this memory which will last us a lifetime.

Firstly jazz made my experience so good she went above and beyond helping me pick the right diamonds also getting the mount exactly how I wanted it and she was very understanding with a small delay on my payment, I found everything about the shop very friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble,the ring she made for me was an engagement ring and my now fiancée was over the moon with it, I couldn’t recommend the shop more highly to anyone

I highly recommend Gems Jewelers, in Hatton Garden when you're looking for fine and beautiful jewelry. The quality and selection are wonderful and the staff (a particular mention to Jas) really went out of her way to help in the selection of a special piece of jewelry on very short notice. If you have not shopped at this local gem, I recommend that you do so soon. Wonderful and welcoming experience and would recommend this business without hesitation. We recently bought two wedding rings from Gems and had a wonderful experience with the purchase . The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy to make a sale. We got competitive prices and the rings looked and felt special. They even gave us free engraving with the purchase.
