False advertising, Don’t buy!!

I’m leaving a bad review for this company because I purchased a bracelet from them and I feel the company intentionally misrepresents how the jewelry works. Also, if you return the item as I did in perfect, unused condition you don’t receive a full refund.

The bottom line is don’t be misled by their ads showing images of fairies or butterflies fluttering about the jewelry because it’s false advertising, you won’t get that experience at all. The jewelry doesn’t do what their ads show, the interaction comes from using your iPhone and their app.

Magical Bracelet

Wonderful product and excellent customer service. This is a small business that is quick to be responsive to any questions. My bracelet is high quality and the mechanism to adjust is very smooth and will stay in your desired position. I love telling children I have a "magical" bracelet! Such a delightful and fun piece of jewelry. The dragon even gets angry and will turn red! lol!

I’m still trying to get a refund

I’m still trying to get a refund. These gems are glass over a piece of colored paper and are very poorly made. The whole idea is a big ripoff. You can get augmented reality on your phone (you need your phone for gem joy) for free.

Great customer service! Gem Joy has been prompt and responsive. Anytime I've had a question they've responded. When our post office was slow at recognizing us as customers, gem joy gladly found another shipping solution. Thanks Gem Joy!

I recently bought the bracelet

I recently bought the bracelet. It is a beautiful, high quality unfortunately I live alone and so I am unable to wear it as it is virtually impossible to put on and take off on your own - unless I am being thick and there is another way other than the one I have tried.

Mislead

Ok. When I ordered this product
Firstly I didn't see any sign that you needed a phone to view it. Yes, I'm old and obvs stupid bit with AI these days, I thought it just happened.
So I ordered one. ...
Firstly I appreciate it's coming from USA but no indicator how long it would take
Secondly, I ordered the gem on a bracelet chain and not a watch strap
Third. I reached out to them about returning item, the creator of 'spreading of joy' replied saying so sorry it didn't work out for you, here's a return label.
NO CARRIER DETAILS. NO WAY 2 SEE DROP OF POINTS. NO IDEA IF THEY GONNA CHARGE ME THE £18 , THEY CHARGED ME

Don’t give them your hard earned money!

Total scam. Shorted me one bracelet. Asked to return the two I did receive for a full refund and they shorted my refund. They say they have a 14 day guarantee and these were returned during that time frame. They do not post that they will take out shipping and restock fees when they are returned. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM like I did and learn from my mistake. i hope I saved your hard earned money - mine was robbed.

Definitely not what i thought i was getting. I even thought i did enough research but everything and every video I watched showed that once the braclet was on you you could get all of the things that the app offers you. However everything is actually on your phone and you watch it on your phone you are not watching this actually happening on your arm and on your braclet it self. WATCHING EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE. I WAS INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED 😞

Between customer service and magical gifts🌸

The customer service was outstanding from GemJoy. During the Christmas rush, my order was delayed and temporarily lost in shipping. I contacted GemJoy and the order was promptly filled again and sent. My granddaughters loved their bracelets! There are multiple interactive holograms to be used with the bracelets - something for everyone! And then the original order was received and I contacted GemJoy to return it. Customer service told me to keep it and spread the Joy! A couple more girls gifted with this fantastic and magical gift!🌸💕🎄. TY GemJoy and Noelle!

Missing Jewerly

Ordered four pieces for my four daughters and paid express shipping to receive by Christmas. Two pieces came the other day and the last two pieces today. One box is EMPTY. How do you forget to put your entire product in the box. I'm heartbroken and floored. Which daughter gets the empty box?

Precision Weight-Scale: If a box is even 1 gram off, it is automatically rejected.

This is the worst company ever…

This is the worst company I have ever been affiliated with besides Joann fabric, I ordered mine says it was delivered December 19. I still don’t have it. I contacted them and they will not respond. Please do not buy from them even though they are in United States America in California and not China I think I’d rather buy from China. My next stop is the BBB so more power to them!!!

I absolutely love this bracelet. It’s great fun and beautiful to wear. The app is super easy to use and the effects are brilliant.
It was dispatched very quickly and arrived in the UK in just over a week. Would highly recommend.

I was accused/suspect of fraud unwarranted

I ordered a set of (3) bracelets on Dec 9, 2024, expecting to receive before xmas. As according to their ship dates should receive before then. However. 3 days later I receive an email saying "Your order has been canceled". Order #45534 has been canceled because we suspect it is fraudulent. Shows my refunded items and amount of $328.49. However, I paid with gift card and that card has not been credited that amount as of today Dec 17 2024!!
I was soo upset receiving that msg, I couldn't see straight. Sent reply to ask what/why, but haven't gotten any response! Sent several msgs via their website contact info, but still no reply back from them! Couldn't find a phone number. But left mine in my many msgs back to them. But nothing!! I've never been soo insulted, humiliated, angry, distraught. Not sure why or what they thought and targeted me with suspect fraud!!! I used a gift card to make my purchase, so it's a prepaid card!! Previous placing my order I inquired about using a gift card, and received "You should be able to use the gift card at check out.

Did they block me??? IDK
So here I'm at an impasse! I don't have gifts I ordered for my nieces for xmas. They charged my visa gift card for the purchase, but order has been xceled. But no refund/credit to my gift card. Have messaged them to inquire about why, no reply/response from them. I'm totally screwed at this point. I've never, ever been soo insulted in my life. They have all my info, i.e., name/address/email/ph #, credit card imfo. So why have all that info if not going to use it??? They could've/should've contacted me if something seemed "suspect" instead of just assuming "suspect fraud"!!! Why else do we provide all the Info?? Oddly, I don't typically shop on-line as I am skeptical about scams/fraudulent. Hate putting my info out there. But I took a chance this time to place an order "on-line" and see what happened!! I was already discouraged, thought I needed to jump on the bandwagon by ordering on-line and so I did, and thus I get screwed!!! Sooo not only did I not receive the gifts I needed/wanted for my family, but now I have to get something else in time for xmas plus I'm out $330 that I need to purchase additional gifts. So does anyone have a ph # ID be able to contact someone at Gem Joy?? Please advise! Thank you Cathy
