Replacing Part
My dealing with Gel weapons have been excellent.A part was accidentally broken on a gun I bought as a present so I was looking to replace the part.I emailed the company they were amazing in identifying the part and ordinary in as they didn't have the part in stock.I was sent the order form to pay for the part when the new stock arrived.
Nathan was so understanding and very professional that everything went every smoothly..

Have you checked whether the extra balls are in one of the two boxes containing the weapons? We often hide them under the plastic mould in which the weapon is placed.

Fast delivery & great quality — just needs a wider selection
Second purchase and overall a really smooth experience—fast delivery and good quality products. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect score is the limited selection in some areas. I’d really like to see more pistols (Glock/SIG-style), hop-ups, vests, masks and mid/high end 11.1V gel blasters. Otherwise, reliable store and I’ll be back.
