The order was prepared within an hour from placing it!! Loved the speed😃

I have not received my item, I ordered it on the 30th August and it is now the 27th of September. On the tracking info it says they don’t have my delivery address but at the bottom of the page it is clearly stated where it is supposed to be delivered to. Unable to refund it as the live chat bot they have just repeats automated messages that have nothing to do with my issue. Will be requesting a refund through my bank and would not recommend using these guys again.

Terrible product didn't work out of the box

Gealweapons presents itself as a UK-facing retailer; however, it is important to clarify that the company is not UK-registered. According to the Dutch Chamber of Commerce, it operates under the name NFL Commerce in Almere, the Netherlands, with “Gealweapons.uk” listed only as one of several trade names. There is no registration with UK Companies House. While this is not inherently negative, it has direct implications for customers with respect to shipping times, customs, VAT, and returns.

I placed an order on 4 September. Records indicate the order was passed to the shipping agent on 5 September, but as of today it remains undelivered. Despite multiple attempts to obtain clarification from Gelweapons, I have not received any definitive response outlining the cause of the delay or the steps being taken to resolve it.

The company uses GLS as its courier, a provider that has a poor reputation in the Netherlands. My own attempts to contact GLS have been unsuccessful, as they do not answer calls or respond to emails.
Communication from Gelweapons ceased entirely after I requested a refund.

On the same day I placed my order, I received an email inviting me to review the company on Trustpilot with the incentive of potentially winning my money back. This marketing strategy raises questions regarding the authenticity of the company’s Trustpilot rating (currently 4.5/5), as it is unclear how many reviews reflect actual customer experience.

At present, I am seeking to recover my payment of £165 via Klarna. This experience highlights the importance of exercising caution when dealing with Gealweapons and being aware of the company’s true legal and operational structure before making a purchase.

I’ll update once I know the outcome — but for now, let’s just say I don’t give up easily.

However, I can provide a copy of an email from your team which clearly state that you are a UK-based company with a warehouse in the Netherlands — though perhaps that is a matter of semantics and not the crux of the issue. I have no issue with where a vendor is based; I was simply addressing several other comments that raised questions about your company’s location.

I appreciate that things can occasionally go wrong, as we do not live in a perfect world. However, when an item has apparently been sitting with the courier for 8 days, I would expect the vendor to treat the matter with greater urgency (more than a simple email to the courier). This is the reason I refrained from leaving any review until today. If and when the situation improves, I will be willing to reconsider both my rating and my comments.

I ordered the srl gel blaster and the quality is amazing feels great and looks sick would recommend if you want to get a gel blaster

Ordered 4 days ago and haven’t even entered the country ( it comes from Netherlands not England !!! ) very disappointed as I expected it in 2-3 days as it states on the website

I haven't had my purchase delivered yet but the website was great gave me more than enough information about the product I wanted, track and trace was live quickly so far I'm more than pleased and can't wait for it come.

I was very satisfied with the products from Gelweapons - everything was exactly as described and of great quality. My kids were absolutely thrilled and had so much fun! Highly recommended.

Great service and great product

Gel Weapons as a company, commutative but that’s where it ends. Ordered a gel blaster as a gift in plenty of time for the recipients birthday. The package was handled by GLS couriers. They said my package had been delivered unfortunately I never received it and my ring doorbell and cctv footage from the building shows no sign of the couriers arriving. Asked for proof of delivery from GLS couriers and Gel weapons but neither could provide proof
Gel weapons then sent another weapon to replace the first , same problem couriers never arrived even though the tracking said it had been delivered. Asked for proof of delivery again, couldn’t provide proof. GLS are impossible to deal with. Gel weapons have to be fair issued a refund. If Gel weapons used a reputable courier service then I’m sure the reviews would be a lot more positive.

This was my first purchase and my first gel blaster !!! I was hesitant but was convinced by the clarity of the information and quick turnaround from client service to answer my question.

PAY TWO, GET ONE!
The 7th of August, I have ordered and PAIDfor 2 M4A1 Gel Blasters and 2 bags of extra ammo.
However, the day I received the package, the 13th of August, 2025, I have only received ONE blaster + the 2 bags of extra ammo. I tried to contact gelweapons.ro and gelweapons.nl to find out what happened and how to fix this. To no avail.
I sent an e-mail via some form on their site...got no answer which only proves a total lack of respect toward the customer. To this day, I have no answer from their part, no sollution to either get the second blaster or to be refunded.
All in all, it was a bitter experience and I do not recommend buying from gelweapons.ro or any other gelweapons site.
