Total disappointment.
1. When my previous gas contract ended last year, Gelsenwasser automatically initiated an extremely expensive gas contract much above the market price.
2. I have been trying to change my gas supplier for sometime. I made a new contract with a new supplier, but Gelsenwasser gave the new supplier false information and new supplier had to cancell the contract. Then I made a contract with another supplier. Gelsenwasser, this time, rejected the new company to takeover. It seems that Gelsenwasser is sabotaging me in my effort to change my gas supplier and forcing me to continue to pay extremely high gas price.
3. I tried to reach them several times via hotline. It's mentioned in their website that it's 7/24 available. But nobody answered the phone.
4. They sent me a letter asking the gas meter of one week ago. How can I know it??
