If I could give no stars I would!
Appalling customer service. They make it impossible to return an unopened item for a refund. Dispute that it has made you feel ill. Clearly they do not hold any faith in their products. You cannot use your own express post bags and the ‘returns’ address is only available via the returns portal which will cost another $14.95 for the return.
I am disgusted with the lack of customer support, and I have spent a lot of money with them.
Avoid at all costs!!!

Woeful Customer Support, subscription service doesn't work

I have made multiple purchases from this company and decided to set up a subscription in November 2025. Having a subscription gave me peace of mind that I wouldn't run out of products and didn't remember to have to order when things were running low. The order placed in November 2025 was shipped promptly and the next shipment was due to be sent on 19 February 2026. The company started to bombard me with emails stating "we've missed you" and "we haven't seen you in a while" which was both odd and annoying. I eventually replied to one of those emails stating that i had products on subscription. No one responded to that email, checked my subscription or notified me that THE COMPANY HAD CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION! When I logged on to the website the subscription still appeared and the fact that it had been cancelled was difficult to see as it appeared in small print off to the side.
I reached out the the company again and received a series of increasingly dismissive, defensive and unfriendly responses. At one point the person (? as no names were given) responded stating that no shipment had been missed because the next shipment was due on 19 February which was in 2 days time (the date of the response was 17 March).
No apology has been made to me (lots of excuses, many of which don't seem legitimate), no offer of compensation and they didn't even have the courtesy to send the late shipment (sent 18 March) via express shipping.
Not much point having good products if your customer support and IT services are not able to deal with the basic needs of your business. Customers don't want to hear that your subscription app provider has issues, or that the support staff don't care about customers, they want genuine attempts to resolve issues in a timely manner.
