I was in email contact with Aline Carvalho who used one excuse after another to not honor the refund. Once I got my credit card company involved, they refunded it all. But the weeks of back and forth & stating things like, 20% restocking fee, no refund for taxes paid or bottles opened was the reason this company and all who represent it are a FRAUD.. Dr Oz and the other big celebrities are too unless they were all AI generated in the infomercial. Aline Carvalho & Gelatide ought to be sued for the rash of lies, false promises & trying to keep my hard earned money when I returned it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It wont work and they won't honor the money back guarantee.

If anybody goes on jillian michaels page regarding the jello weight loss diet beware , it's a scam , they scam me out of two hundred and twenty five dollars cuz , I believe what jillian michaels was saying about jelly tides , I got six bottles and there are useless. I just want everyone to know that any of jillian michaels products that she's promoting for the jello weight loss trick is a scam.Don't be like me and give them your credit card.Because they originally put some $700 on my credit card.Then I get five hundred that back , but I did get scammed for 225$.The bottle says JELLY TIDE. If i.could rate it a negative star i would... this supposedly recommended geltide that does everything the pink jello trick according to Dr Oz is better because it has exactly what is needed for that pink jello trick for losing weight to work ...i am on my fourth bottle and I have NOT LOST any weight I have actually gained 6 pounds.. that was 400$ being a waste of time and money and click bait and false advertising and false representation... i thought "DrOz knew what he was doing but apparently not... plus no one the supposedly has the real pink jello trick ingredients to actually share like being advertised then it leads you to buying geltide.... which does not work... thanks for nothing dr oz ...

After following the instructions and taking 2 bottles of Gelatide I have lost two pounds. Apparently, it’s one pound per bottle!!!

I ordered the 6 bottles and the website states money back guarantee. This did nothing for me after using for a month. I returned and cannot get my money back, they keep making excuses. I am out 400.00 and trying to find out who I need to go to because it is false advertising. Do not buy this product.

Does not work. Plain and simple. I didn’t loose a single ounce and I took it 3 times a day. Don’t waste your money. A product that’s not a scam shouldn’t be so difficult to find REAL and honest reviews. Yet another scam! Doesn't deserve a 1 rating!!! I have been taking the drops daily for over 3 months and absolutely no change or results in my weight. Everything in their commercial is a big fat lie! Don't try it, doesn't work, and only 60 days to try to get a refund. Wonder how successful that process is. 😡

This product is a scam. Does absolutely nothing to cause weight loss. After a month, I have seen no results. If anything, I actually feel it makes me more hungry!

I ordered bottles of Gelatide (from the company) that were supposedly at a total price $30. They sent me 18 bottles and charged $555 to my Visa card. Fortunately, I filed a dispute with Visa's fraud department, and Visa resolved the dispute in my favor and refunded the total amount (only nine days after I placed the order). So if you have a problem with a refund, I recommend that you contact you credit card's fraud/dispute department for a resolution instead of trying to work with the company. According to Visa, I"m not required to return the bottles, inasmuch as my dispute has been resolved and my account has been credited with the full amount I was charged.

Should get a 0 but that's not an option. I was tricked via the web page into ordering 16 bottles instead of 1. I immediately began trying to cancel the order to no avail. Then I tried for 60 days to get a refund but they just kept countering and delaying until the return period passed. #SCAM, #RIPOFF, #FRAUD

I started gel tide. I bought six bottles. I’m on my third bottle and I’ve had no results whatsoever. I think they did an AI with Dr. Oz if you notice how he talk so fast and so does a woman this was expensive waste of money.

The product came with paperwork. I took drops as directed on the bottle. 1 dropperful daily. The dropper was not calibrated and drew up different amounts of liquid each time. No weight loss was notes after over month.
I tried to get a refund, the company offered me different discounts. Then a 20% restocking free. The product is not sealed so it should not be restocked, you could easily tamper with it. Sent picture of product but haven't gotten a way to get the promised refund. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

First of all you can’t get a hold of them after you spoke to someone about fraud! The took $209 extra out of my account!! Only received 6 bottles they said I received 2 packages which I didn’t then he said they were 9 in my box?! I ordered 1x buy 3 get 3 & and I have the receipt stating I was getting 6 bottles total amount! Not $429! Now not the bank nor Valerie is responding! I had some adverse reactions to the liquid Gelatide drops. When I contacted their customer service about product return and refund, they notified me that all they could offer was a 15% refund. With my complaints, they upped that to 30%. Their final offer was 50%. They never did respond to my question regarding their advertising page stating full refund of every dollar paid if product returned within 60 days. From my point of view, this is a very shady organization with questionable ethics.

Gelatide is a scam the product does work and the costumer service for your refund is impossible. They gave me the incorrect address and then would not refund me. Do not buy the product because when you try to return it they give you the runaround and are very rude. Dr. Oz should be ashamed to have his name on this product along with Kelly clarkson and others. Shameful what people will do for money while the rest of us work hard for what we have earned.

I have been on about 3 weeks ..I make a gelatin mixture and eat before breakfast..I have having digestive problems back and forth to dr trying different meds to help ..ive been dizzy and very out of sorts .not myself..didn't realize it till I read all the side effects they this gelitide is most likely my problem..im stopping it and try to get back to myself ..lost 8lbs but I haven't been eating..never again ..dont but it ..can do terrible stuff to ya
