Resolved: Support Responded and Issued a Refund

I purchased a plan and wanted to cancel it the same day because circumstances arose that prevented me from using the service that month. I immediately emailed requesting to cancel the plan but never received a response. I would understand if they denied my request, but I don’t understand ignoring customers.

Update: Support contacted me via email and apologized (my email went to spam). The money was refunded to my account balance. I appreciate them meeting me halfway.

A complete waste, don't buy!

A complete waste, it's very slow and expensive when it works, which isn't often to begin with. Despite using proxies that i've verified to be 100% functional, there have been many days when the internet did not work on the Geelark emulator. Furthermore, the emulator often flickered, redering it unusable. Ontop of being extremely expensive, i've spent more minutes fixing issues than on my own tasks. I've written to them via email and have received no response in four days.

I rented a cloud phone monthly and 2…

I rented a cloud phone monthly and 2 days in issues started appearing, first the cloud phone turned off, and there is no other way to get in touch with the support other then email, which takes time I dont have. Second day the cloud phone had no internet. Other then all that, the phones are too slow, as slow as the cheapest android phones out there. I do not recommend it.
