Contacted Customer service, and I got my printer in 3 days without any problems.

E-bikes are expensive investments, and this was my 2nd time ordering from geekbuying. there was no issue with the delivery.

I can absolutely recommend this site for your purchases.
I purchased a laser engraver last month. It was scheduled to be shipped after 3 business days and the shipping time was 7-10 business days.
The device was actually shipped after only 1 day from the site in Germany and the package was picked up by UPS. Unfortunately, there was a problem: UPS blocked the tracking which was frozen for 15 days. I constantly contacted GeekBuying customer service and they always responded in a reasonable time, both in chat and via email.
They worked hard to resolve it and by day 20 UPS admitted that they had lost the package.
I did not have shipping insurance but, despite this, GeekBuying asked me if I wanted a refund or if I wanted them to ship me a new one. I opted for the second option. The next day the shipment (the second one) started and I received the package within a week.
In the meantime, UPS found the package! It had ended up north of Germany (I am in Italy) and was delivered to me after a few days. I ended up with 2 laser engravers.
I contacted GeekBuying again out of fairness, explaining what happened, and they asked me to send it back by refunding the charges in my PayPal account. They did so. They thanked me countless times.
I honestly don't know how many sellers are capable of handling a sale like this: they could have blamed UPS and could have waited, instead they accommodated my requests and sent me a new product (200 euro value) anticipating the technical time and the evolution of shipping.
I really feel very satisfied.

Very poor indeed. The Himo Z20 that I ordered had recieved a fair amount of damage before it had arrived. The outer packaging was full of holes. The point where the frame folding mechanism meets had been dented, several of the spokes of the front wheel are bent or misshapen and the frame has several scratches. Both the brakes and the gears have been poorly adjusted. The range of the battery is severely over rated.

I've bought an Eleglide M1 e-bike on Geekbuying and I was pleasantly surprised after I've assembled it and took it for a spin. Good bike for a good price. I've been using it pretty much every day since it arrived. The delivery was fast as well (3 workdays from the Polish warehouse to Hungary). No regrets!

I thought trustpilot i for trip reviews or something. Anyways I buy from geekbuing last few years and its one of best shops in there. I wish they had more products since using ebay/aliexpres/amazon is such a random pain.
