I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Ordered two tshirts on 6th Dec 25 because delivery time was a matter of days. 23rd Jan 26 and still no sign of the items, I asked for a refund but was told items are in transit. They gave me a tracker number which didn't work. These tshirts were for a Christmas present very disappointed will not use again. Tried to leave comment on their Socials but unable too.

Terrible, supposed to be 3 to 5 day priority shipping still waiting 6 weeks later. Communication is aweful I am the one asking what is happening. Forget a refund they always say it is in transit but the tracking link does not work. It would be quicker to burn your money and probably less frustrating. AVOID at all costs unless you like frustration.

Christmas t-shirt

I ordered a Christmas t-shirt from Geekbitshirts in November, but it didn't arrive until the middle of January. Emails to the company during December were just met with "the shipping is out of our control" response.

Website is easy to use. Love the humor on the shirts!

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Ordered 2 t-shirts from this store - over a month later they are still giving me the ‘run around’ claiming the packages are on their way. Their tracking provider 17track is never updated. Avoid this company if you don’t want to pay for a product that you will never receive! Geekbitshirts is a SCAM!

T-shirt ordered on December 6 '25 still hasn't arrived six weeks later. The website tracking doesn't work and two emails to the company have assured me my order is on its way. They have also offered me discount on future orders but I'd never buy from them again. Wish I'd read the reviews first.

Ordered the beginning of December with expedited delivery. Still hadn't received by January. I tried to cancel but was told it was too late to cancel as it had gone into production. I gave it another 2 weeks as surely if it had gone I to production when they said it had then it should be with me by then with the expedited shipping.....still nothing. Not even a tracking number sent. Luckily I had paid with PayPal so opened a case. To be fair they replied to this pretty quickly saying they managed to intercept my order in transit (the order that hadn't been sent yet?!?) and issued a refund. I understand delays but they were outright lying to me. I don't believe my order even made it as far as production. I think they got overwhelmed with Christmas orders and couldn't cope. If they had expressed this I would have understood

Quick and easy purchase

Ordered a t-shirt early December for Christmas & I even paid for express delivery... plenty of time. LOL! Stilll waiting & its nearing the end of January. First & last order!

The search function couldn't (didn't) find shirts I'd seen by entering part of the style name.

7 weeks & still no delivery. Order 4 Dec. customer service has provided incorrect tracking info. first order supposedly shipped 28 Dec, Second tracking number supposedly shipped 15 Dec after I requested a refund. Very very very poor service. I am starting to suspect that there is no product arriving ever.

Advert on facebook. Saw some designs that I liked, ordered three different ones on 01/01/2026 for UK delivery.
Then I saw a warning "bad review" post and then I checked the companies feedback.
Chinese outfit, uncredited designs very very similar to those available from other sites, poor comms, non-fulfilment of orders etc
Tried to cancel by email, lots of excuses from either an AI bot or East Asian Business English school. Still can't decide which.
Goods arrived today 19/01/2026
Tee quality is ok, medium heavy cotton. Garments are old-school applied transfer not direct to garment printed so from past experience they will shrink/crack/peel in time, in addition to being sweaty to wear.
Two out of three are not properly centred, just enough to be really irritating.
I'll try to return them.
Should have gone to Red Bubble.

Very good choice of t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies with unique and often very witty designs. Good competitive proices too. My only gripe about the website is that there was no 'Search' button to modify and narrow down a hunt for themes, films, programs etc.

After reading some of the previous reviews I realise I am not alone, I ordered a tshirt on 12 December for a Christmas gift, it is now 19 January and I am still waiting. Get the same email reply, order in transit, be patient, don't know how they are still operating, very dodgy company, would advise anyone never to deal with this company. Don't know if I will ever see my order.

Ordered two t shirts for Christmas. I gave it 10 day's before Christmas so they were here for the day. They arrived today 🙂 January the 18th so I went to my bank to seek a full refund. No communication from the company and they didn't ask for an email address. Be aware of this if you want something in a few days not a few weeks. Won't be ordering again. Plus they put a t shirt in my order that I didn't choose. So one was totally wrong

Ordered a shirt for a Christmas present from the site 11 Dec 25 it’s now 18 Jan 26 and nothing has arrived. Have emailed the company multiple times and get an AI generated response each time telling me it’s in transit. Tracker ID they sent says it’s till sitting in China. This is a complete waste of time and scam. Shirts look great but I seriously doubt that it will arrive. Do not order from this scam.
