If it's not a scam, it's the next thing to it. A Chinese company, it can take a month to deliver shoddy goods. The sizes are ignored, and the graphics are nothing like those on the website. Don't buy anything from them. They should be boycotted online.

The ordering was easy to send as a surprise

Ordered on 7th December, thinking they were a UK based company. P&P was reasonable and everything was in GBP, later found out it was a US based company. Tried to cancel and they wouldn't allow it. Nearly 30 days on and still awaiting delivery! Definitely wouldn't bother ordering again. Their only solution is to tell me I can have 10% off another order and bombard me with endless emails to purchase more!

Will not deliver items.

Ordered a t-shirt in November 2025 with 7-15 day estimated shipping. It is now Janurary 2026, over 35 days since the order was placed and there is not progress on the order. I was provided a shipping tracking link from customer service but this has not been updated since early december and I believe is fake. I believe the order is never coming since I have not since heard back from customer service after reaching out again. This is a scam website. Do not purchase.

If I could give a lower score I would. I ordered 2 shirts on December 2, 2025, and they have still not even been shipped. I wrote numerous times and kept getting told they were very busy…..so much for Christmas gifts.
I then asked for a refund and was told they were in production so couldn’t, and did I want a discount on future orders. As if I was ordering ever again!!
When I followed up again, to see if they had then shipped as they couldn’t refund, I was told they thought I wanted a refund and blocked the order. So, no shirts and am waiting on a refund.
I probably would have waited a bit longer but now I just want to get my money back, close to $70, as the whole experience has been stressful and I can’t be bothered.
WORST online shop ever!! In this day and age, how are these places not all over customer service. I am always happy to wait for slow postage, but to not even be shipped after 32 days is an absolute joke!

I ordered T Shirt on 7/12/25, emailed after a week to be told they had "inventory constraints", ie: no stock, item should not be for sale on site if they can't meet demand imo.

In the end item was despatched on 27/12/25 and I received it today, given it's come from China I think 6 days was pretty quick, given the New Year too, hence giving them 3 stars.

The unique T-shirts Geekbitshirts has are fun to wear and to see the reactions of how others like them too. The shirt I wore to have my income tax return prepared, I'm Not Procrastinating, I'm On A Side Quest, got laughs from other customers. Keep up the great work, Geekbitshirts!

Never received item ordered, they said due to high demand. Then said shipped but courier company say not received it. No replies to email and now saying scam website

Some good choices. Discount code didn’t work.

Still waiting for my products. I ordered 2 t shirts on the 11 th December and paid for 3-7 day express delivery. What they don't tell you is that it will take them about 13 days to pick the t shirts and then they will post it out. So knowing this would have been for Christmas, there was no communication about any delays and no communication about anything. I had to chase several times and have been told I can have a discount but not until I receive my goods. It's new years eve and still waiting. At the same time they are sending me emails advising 50-60% discounts and special offers. However I have still had no help from the company other than tough we were busy. Do not bother, there are much better companies out there.

This is my second review as still waiting for a resolution. Ordered 2 t shirts on 26th November. Despite numerous emails to customer service, and receiving "sincere apologies" for unacceptable delays & various offers of 15%, 20% & 100% refunds when the order arrives, here we are on New Year's Eve with neither the shirts or refund. I refused their offers and requested a refund in full. Resorted to raising a dispute through PayPal & awaiting an outcome. Don't expect to hear anything more from this "company". Clearly a scam, should've known better! Can you give minus stars? This company certainly warrants it

Straight forward to order from the website. I've ordered before and the quality of the t-shirts was very good. Reasonably priced to.

Scam website. Item never arrived and terrible customer service

Shipping took a very long time. Website was misleading on where the t shirts are shipped from. Shipping number provided no details on delivery status. I won’t shop here again.

Scam - no product ever arrived. Company replies with lies about shipping delays and resending orders.

Scam!! Avoid!!
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering but hindsight is a wonderful thing. Order placed on 12 December and on 30 December it has still not arrived. When I realised that ny order was not going to be on time I asked to cancel it but was told that as it was going through the shipping process I could not do that. No shipping confirmation recieved at that point. As if by magic, literally seconds later a shipping confirmation arrived!! Item has still not left China and am still unable to cancel. Avoid like the plague!! There is a very rich person sitting in China rubbing their hands in glee as another person is robbed of their hard earned money!

I was able to get the color and size I needed for my daughter and it all went great

I never received a receipt when I paid for my order & never received the t-shirt.
I messaged them through the website & they didn't respond.
I had to go through PayPal to get my money back.

If I'd have known these T shirts would be shipped from China, I never would have ordered them for Christmas. Ordered and paid on 1 December, and it still took 28 days for delivery. When queried, they are immediately defensive ('we are a real company, not scam' - interesting they reached straight for that word). No mention anywhere on the website that the goods will be shipped from China, the shipping charge was a standard UK charge, so no clue there either. Customer service, as others have said, is an utter joke - they just don't want to know about shipping times. They even had the nerve to claim 'Up to 95% of our customers love our products and service,' which a glance at the ratings here clearly show isn't true. Awful experience, avoid.
