I ordered two blankets and four pairs of custom pajamas. All of these items had our beloved dogs face who passed away the day after Thanksgiving. I communicated via email with their customer service requesting to not have Lucky’s name on the pjs. Only his face. They said they could do this but I would have to notify them immediately once my order was placed so they go speak with the department who does the work. I immediately emailed back the person I was speaking with and she confirmed my order. The email also stated no changes could be made after 30 minutes. Not a problem because I was happy with what I chose. I was and am heartbroken with Lucky’s passing and I hadn’t known that I needed to check my emails for approval for approval of my pajamas. The company shipped my blankets and I received those two weeks ago. I now find out my pajamas aren’t coming until four weeks after I received my blankets. I needed these for Christmas. I am devastated and will never do business with this company again.

The products I ordered were well done. I ordered a couple glasses with my doggies on them. They turned out awesome. Then I ordered a large blanket with one of my other dogs on it and it was super cute and very soft! Definitely would recommend GeckoCustom!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Christmas Order was received late and is complete garbage. Thrown in the trash!

Never received the products UNI UNI say they tried 2 times to deliver in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT with failed delivery. Can not speak to anyone, TOTAL SCAM

I ordered a shirt for Father’s Day on May 31. Said it would come in time by June 15. The shirt did not come in time and took me tracking it down and emailing the company. It finally arrived on June 21, late and after the fact. While he loves the shirt I did not appreciate a promise on the website that it would come in time for Father’s Day. Because he liked the shirt so much, I thought maybe the first time was a fluke. I’M CURRENTLY IN THE SAME PREDICAMENT 24 days into a Christmas order that has no tracking updated and customer service “checking into it”.

Omg I absolutely love GeckoCustoms. My dog is such a goofball, and this literally shows how goofy she is. They hit the nail on the head.

Nice quality … although it took longer to get than I expected. My son and daughter in law loved being cat dad and cat mom!

I ordered two oven mitts in the end of November. It’s now the end of December and I have not received anything. It says it’s been sitting in Illinois for over a week. I find that hard to believe. I’m so disappointed as they were Christmas gifts and now it looks like I didn’t even get them anything.

I had purchased an ornament on Gecko Custom. I am absolutely in love with my ornament. It is adorable and whimsical especially since we are in our 40s. I love sharing pics of my ornament to every one i know! People know I want to grow old with my sweetheart! It was easy to go through them and I received the ornament so quickly!! I can't wait to purchase my next ornament in through them!!

I ordered the pants with our puppy’s face for my adult sons and their fiancés for Christmas. They were a huge hit! The items arrived timely. The material is soft, the puppy photo transferred easily, and the pants even have pockets! An Excellent purchase!

The product is amazing... the process to get the product was not as easy. The company worked with me to solve the issue of sizing so all is well!

BEWARE that the products are NOT shipping from within the US! The website is certainly sneakily designed to give that impression. I never would have ordered from them if I’d known that. Once I saw that the package was coming from China, I was positively livid. The products are already overpriced, and now I’m going to be slapped with a tariff as well. I contacted customer service to complain about the lack of transparency and demanded a cancellation and full refund for this scammy behavior. Their response was basically just “Oh well. It’s already on its way.” So my response is to spread the word everywhere I can online to AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Edit: Now that I’ve received the order itself, I can add that the fabric quality is absolutely terrible. What they call “sweatpants” is in no way, shape, or form what anyone would consider sweatpant material. Since the company asked me to contact them again, as you can see below, I did so - only to now be told “too bad” about both the shipping AND the quality! Gecko Custom is just a scam. Save your money, folks.

I ordered pajama bottoms with my husband's dogs pic for him as a Christmas gift. Notice I say my husband's dog...she is his baby. The bottoms themselves are made from a soft mid-heavy weight flannel. Nothing cheap about them. The pictures came out fantastic. I highly recommend ordering. I will be back for more

I was afraid I wasn’t going to get these. But I was wrong. I ordered the pants for my son for Christmas with his late dogs face on them. Not only did the imprint look great but the material of the pants are awesome. I will order from Gecko again. Thank you Lisa.
