Hello, very good bank Master Gold card, with which I can do a lot of shopping and also withdraw money when needed. I thank Advancia Bank for giving me the Master Gold card and I am very happy.

Great , everything is very fine.

The online application process for the Advancia Bank credit card was very easy and smooth. I also found the response time to be very good and efficient.

However, my overall experience will depend on how I am treated as a customer going forward. I would like to see how well customer concerns are handled and how much importance is given to customers’ needs. Based on that experience, I will decide whether to continue using the credit card.

So far so good, from application to usage . Little bureaucracy , works perfect

I liked it more, but I wish it had the option to deposit money via ATM to my card. I really want it and I want to cancel my second account and make it my main account if the card is always available.

Till now i have not received any 45 EURO bonus as commited while received Credit card "
It was mentioned on the letter that on first transaction i will receive 45 Euro as bonus "

But till now its not yet reflecting in my account.

Please note the below situation, which needs to be solved ASAP:
On 20/02/2026 I was contacted by Advanzia (in English) stating that I'd be eligible for a 3.14% interest rate if I transferred more 5000€ to my Advanzia Bank deposit account until 28/02/2026.
On the same day I advised that I had changed address, from Luxembourg to Germany and asked if the offer was still possible for me and if they needed any documentation.
On the 24/02/2026 I received an e-mail on a new loop (in English), asking for the registration in Germany.
On the same day I sent the needed document and asked the same question again.
On the 27/02/2026 I received an answer (in German) ignoring my question and asking me to complete a Declaration of Tax Residence.
On the 28/02/2026 I answered, stating the information would be provided once the bank would confirm to me if I was still eligible for this 3.14% if I transferred the 5000€ indicated on the 1st e-mail.
1 week later, on 07/03/2026 I received an answer stating that if I had transferred at least 5000€ I would have had the chance to have a 3.14% interest rate.
Besides that, on 03/03/2026 I sent an e-mail asking to change the number associated with my account and where the OTP was sent from my Luxembourgish number to my German Number as my Luxembourgish number was no longer active and I couldn't use it to enter the account.
Today it's 11/03/2026 and no answer has been provided for any of my queries above.

Super helpful and useful when you need some emergency money or some extra help with money,highly recommended.
