Thin grips socks are feeling great

Thin grips socks are feeling great. Only downside is the yellow color isn’t the same as the yellow sleeves of the same brand. I’ ve wrote an email about this but they have never responded.

Regarding the colour, we completely understand your disappointment if you expected the socks and sleeves to match perfectly. Although the same yellow colour reference is used, the different yarn compositions, knitting structures and fabric densities can make the final shade appear different on the two products. This does not affect their quality or performance, but we appreciate you pointing it out.

Hello,

Hello,
I believe the overall quality of the product is excellent. However, since the white color was out of stock, I had no choice but to select one of the available colors (yellow) from your Italian website. Unfortunately, the actual product I received appears much closer to orange than yellow, which is very disappointing.
As this was an international order and I purchased three pairs at once, returning them is not a practical option. I am therefore left having to use them despite my dissatisfaction. The color is quite noticeable, and I feel uncomfortable wearing them at the gym.
Could you please let me know if the white color will be restocked in the near future? I look forward to your response.

We always aim to represent our colours as accurately as possible. While lighting and screen settings can cause slight variations, we would like to verify whether the shade you received is consistent with the product shown on our website.

Please reply to our Trustpilot request with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the products. We will carefully review the case, confirm the expected restock date of the white version and assess the most appropriate solution, taking into account that an international return may not be practical for you.

Item available online but sold out

Bought soxpro ultra light with insole size 41 and received the refund of the insole, contacted the support and they said it was sold out and mistakenly it was available on the website.

I am a bit fan of this brand but paying the shipping again once the insole is available is a bad customer experience.

The insole was incorrectly shown as available on our website due to a stock synchronisation error. Although the refund was processed promptly, we completely understand that having to pay the shipping costs again because of our mistake would not be a satisfactory experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased that you liked the socks, but we’re sorry that they turned grey after only two washes. We also apologise for not responding to your review sooner.

Light-coloured technical fabrics can be affected by colour transfer when washed with darker garments, so we always recommend following the care label and washing them with similar colours. However, without inspecting the product and knowing the washing conditions, we cannot determine exactly what happened in this case.

If you experience a similar issue again, please contact our Customer Care team with a photo and your order number so we can assess it properly.
