I was deeply concerned it might be a scam, so I cautiously opted for their installment plan. Unfortunately, my worst fears were confirmed. Even the phone was fake, the entire experience was a nightmare. The service was horrendous, filled with delays and misinformation. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company. It’s simply not worth the headache. Absolute one-star experience—avoid at all costs!
