Scam, never received item, just fake evri tracking when I asked why they sent me another tracking ref from china with today’s date! I have registered it with my bank to get a chargeback for fraud

Bone conduction headphones not working within warranty. Contacted company. They were happy for me to send video. 2 months on haven't returned or acknowledged an email

I am waiting for my order since July 7th. Tracking number is not working, showing an error. Customer service is not responding to my emails and ignoring refund request.
Avoid these scammers.

Purchased earphones that stopped working after 2 weeks, several emails to no avail, kept fobbing me off then finally offered me the opportunity to purchased a second pair for £20.00 !!!!!!!!! Have now put it in the hands of paypal as they are contacting the rogue seller.

This company offers no warranty on any of its products, so if your headphones pack up after 3 months, tough.
I got 10 months out of a £50 pair of headphones, so a fiver a month isn't too bad, but I won't be buying from them again

My headphones were of poor quality and didn’t work properly. No returns offered by this company. Ended up disputing it through my credit card which seems to have worked. Please save yourself the effort and avoid buying from Geartekk.

Terrible company terrible after sales..they palm things off to the Philippines where the poor guy can't do anything but read from a sheet...rubbish company avoid at all costs

Please DO NOT use this company. Purchased 'waterproof' bone conduction headphones - did not work in the water. Very difficult to connect to music library. Although I bought from a UK site, they said I had to pay to return to CHINA - that would have cost me over half of what I originally paid for them.
Found out the review site that linked to them is also a scam site.
Avoid this company at all costs!

Ordered waterproof earbuds in November. As of 12/20 they have NOT shipped from China. Geartekk tells me orders often take over a month to fulfill.
STAY AWAY. Not reliable.

I would give no stars if I could. Complete scam. Rubbish product and ridiculous customer service which feels as though they are mocking you. They should be arrested. It’s theft.

Bought a trail camera to capture wildlife in the garden. I initially thought it was good value, but, it won't switch on and I want a refund. Have sent numerous emails and keep getting fobbed off with the same questions, over and over again. This company is dreadful, the emails are sweetness and light, but the reality is the opposite.

This company is definitely a scam bought waterproof headphones and they just don’t work or sync via Bluetooth. Tried “customer service” and no one available but leave a message which was never returned

I purchased their rockshield gloves ,which they claim are waterproof thornproof and insulated etc ,when i used them they did not perform as claimed ,i used them for gardening ,thorns punctured them and i had wet hands soon after using them ,their claim and advert is very misleading ,they tried to offer me another pair ,which i declined ,having no confidence ,in them ,i have now been offered the choice of returning them to China ar my expense ! Or a 40 % refund ,which i have reluctantly accepted,
These gloves are not as they claim ,do not buy them you wil be very disappointed as i am ,avoid the company .i would even give them a 1 star !!!

I ordered a walking counter and can not use it. I have asked for help on how to set up and use and no one has got back to me.
Supposedly someone is there 9-5 but it always goes to voice mail.

Without a doubt dealing with the GearTekk tech support folks has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had concerning tech problems. To begin let me say that I received a WiFi Trail Camera (model WiFi830 Pro) as a gift from my brother. It was a total waste of his money and my time. The camera came with an easy to follow set of installation and setup instructions in a 14-page manual. I followed the instructions carefully and was not able to get the camera operational at all (e.g., the various buttons don't do anything when pushed). I tried several times, thinking I was doing something wrong or missing a step, then I enlisted the aid of various friends and relatives. They too had no success. We all concluded that the camera is defective. So -- here's where the frustration began. On September 1, I phoned GearTekk's toll free number and (not surprisingly) had to leave a message. Result 1: no reply either by phone, text, or email. I then sent an email to GearTekk in which I described the problem and what I had done to get the camera up and running. About 24-hours later I got a very nice reply which included the suggestion that I send them a video showing how I was attempting to set up the camera. This made sense to me so I made a start-to-finish video of my attempt to set up the camera, including installing the AA batteries, downloading the app, etc. Now let me cut to the chase: After more than 3 weeks (it is now Sept. 23) of trying to get help via more phone calls and innumerable text messages, I have given up. I'm not convinced that anyone actually viewed the video I sent; in fact, I'm not sure an actual person has been corresponding with me. The camera is worthless to me (and despite my futile request for where to return the camera for a refund) and I am now the owner of a nice-looking, but non-functioning, piece of junk. There must be reason that the camera was on sale for half price: namely, this camera model is worthless. Caveat emptor! Don't buy anything from GearTekk

This "company" seems to consist of one person (or an AS = Artificial Stupidity, the language in the company's emails is wierd) who takes your money through a very plausible-seeming website, sends you a good-looking product (a so-called step counter watch with lots of other "functions" - which for example on the first morning reported I had walked 2.88 miles and taken thousands of steps when I hadn't even left the house!) which turns out to be absolute crap, then delays and delays any chance of getting your money back, which I'm still in the middle of ... but I'm not giving up yet

Please avoid these scammers like the plague, I bought a pair of what I thought were top of the range, advertised as, motorcycle gloves, they made up a fake review on them, using a cheap named branded cyclist gloves and added their own brand name to it. As motorcycle gloves, they are not fit for purpose.
To return the goods back to China, they expected me to pay, or they give me a £12 refund from a £39.99 purchase price.
Scammers… please avoid them
