Ladder strap
The ladder strap I bought came without a carabinier which was in all the photos on the website.
I was told I would get a refund, but after investigating they said it shouldn’t come with one and the photos were indeed misleading.
So I wouldn’t be getting a refund.
They should at least point out what extra bus are needed to make it work
Also the photos on the website seem to have been altered now
