Our 2nd GearBubble Mug is Fantastic Too!

GearBubble Mug #2 for us is the 15oz Great Wife Two-Tone Mug. The artwork is colorful, crisp, and contrasty. The shipping container for this was (new to us) a very robust, form-fitting, oversized styrofoam enclosure that ensured an unbroken mug. THANKS!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I have been working with them for over 2 years but I’m done. Whenever I reach out about one of their errors (terribly printed item, sending the wrong item to my customer, delayed shipping, etc.) I ask specific questions about how to rectify things and I’m lucky if they directly address any of them. It’s always a generic response essentially saying there is nothing they can do. I end up with angry customers who leave bad reviews and I have to eat the cost of getting them their correct item.

Placing the order was easy

Placing the order was easy. Cats Lives Matter mug arrived within a week of ordering. Clear, colorful image on two sides of mug, well aligned. I like that the mug comes in several colors; will order several more as gifts.

Cats Lives Matter MAGA Coffee Mug

We ordered the Cats Lives Matter MAGA coffee mug. Liked it so much that we are ordering a few more as Christmas gifts. Also, we were impressed by the secure styrofoam packaging.

Delivery time was exactly as promised.

Wonderful experience

I had ordered a shirt I saw. Product was as described, was even nicer in person. Delivery was fast with no problems. Shirt was well worth buying cuz it was good quality shirt. Would recommend to everybody and will order from again.

Unusual order, Well done!

I ordered an unusual, custom design with detailed artwork, and gearbubble came through aces! Design is clear, concise, everything I wanted, and since it was a gift, it was important to be well done. And it was! Loved by the recipient, which means loved by me!

After a few years with GB

After a few years with GB, I've decided to close my white-label shop.

I have sold thousands of items over the years and I know GB service very well.

I had ups and downs with their service; the white label is limited, and I would not recommend it if you want to grow your business.
Support is good and responsive, but accounting and issue resolution are poor.

I received many complaints from customers and had to issue many refunds.

I am writing this review because GB hasn't released my last payouts (for several thousand dollars) for a week now without explanation.

As well as myself, I have customers I need to pay, and this caused me many problems!
I have contacted support several times without success.

You cannot trust a business that holds your hard-earned money for no reason.

Update: I did get my payout eventually. Holidays or weekends are no excuse for not paying on time, I can accept being a day or two late and explain that to my customers, but not a week or more.
I had much larger payouts that were paid immediately.
I'm updating my score to match the average score of Gearbubble.

We have resolved this issue with you already, as we responded to you numerous times that such a large payout requires a review, and we also just got over a holiday and holiday weekend where we could not pay out the funds until the next business day after the review of your sales were done. We sent your payout the second the banks opened this morning and notified you of it.

The many complaints were all due to the shipping carrier because international has no standards on scanning so most packages are untraceable the second they leave the USA and 98% of the orders were international.

We, once again, apologize for the wait as we have many times in email.

Don’t use this company

I’ve been attempting to cancel my subscription for over six months. My account is now showing as inactive and there’s no way to get in touch with support. They’ve stolen well over $200 from me. Don’t do this unless you just love throwing away money.

Refused To Close My Account!

Beware of company that doesn't have any information on their site on how to close your account. I tried to close my account with them for 6 months and after various attempts of speaking with their support team they continued debitting their monthly subscription from my business account for 6 months. Currently speaking to my bank to dispute the charges and have had no luck with a refund.

I have not had a good experience using…

I have not had a good experience using Gearbubble's platform. The Amazon integration is such a struggle and I have trouble constantly with uploading listings. I have used so much time contacting both Gearbubble and Amazon's costumer services without being provided with solutions. So overall, there are just too many technical problems on their site. And Gearbubble can also not help you with anything related to Amazon, despite offering the integration. You have to contact Amazon's costumer service directly, which is honestly so bad. I keep getting an automated responses to my messages. I also keep getting e-mails from Gearbubble trying to sell me this insanely expensive course on how to use their platform, which I find a bit annoying. You should have access to the necessary platform information without buying that. Overall, I just think selling digital products on Etsy via an account you create yourself is way easier and I would not use a platform like Gearbubble again.

Fao Debra, ask them to log into your competitors remotely

They will then see the issue, then they will know there's a problem.

Lazy of them not to think of this but it's a two minute job and should get your issues resolved
