From an original price of 168 Euros for a smartphone, I welcome the offer at 87. This is the promise: Global Version 2022 New i13 Pro Max 6.7 Inch Smartphone 16GB + 512GB 6800mAh 4G/5G Network Dual SIM Android Cellphone - White China. It is presented as "full screen" but has a giant frame. Luckily I pay with Paypal. I get a toy smartphone! From the gearbeest.it website the phone contained; 4 cameras with 50,000,000 million pixels; Fingerprint; facial recognition; but especially with Android 11 ! I say to myself: it's a deal. I order. A crap smartphone arrives at my house. Check the info. The card writes that everything promised is such. I download an app to check the system and I discover that the front camera, the front camera is one, both of poor quality, 3G, there is no fingerprint, processor never heard of am especially ANDROID 5! IT HAS BEEN THREE MONTHS THAT ON THE GEARBEST WEBSITE THE OFFER ENDS IN 20 DAYS...
I wrote to the seller and he replied: how much did you pay, we sent this to you.
I wrote for a month, almost every day, to support. When after a month they repeated it for the second time, with a copy/paste of the answer, I got pissed. They replied that they accepted the compensation and that I had to send the product at a cost of 62 Euros.
I contacted Paypal who gave me my money back within a month.

Ordered a phone at the beginning of…

Ordered a phone at the beginning of November that was supposed to ship within a week. After several weeks, it never shipped and seller refused to answer any messages. Have been trying for one full month to get a refund, but gearbest does not allow me to submit a ticket online because my order never shipped. Agents on Facebook repeatedly tell me that they cannot help, and that I have to open a ticket. This just goes on and on. Almost 3 months now, and I still don't have my money back.

Update: For the many people being ripped off in the same way by Gearbest, know that if you used Paypal, they are highly cooperative in getting your money back. Gearbest finally blocked me on Facebook, and would not let me submit a ticket on their site, so I resorted to Paypal and they refunded my money. I would guess that they are used to dealing with complaints regarding Gearbest.

Gearbest are just the worst ever

I ordered some small items cables etc.. a few years ago and they were eventually received okay. I then ordered an Android tv box on 27.03.2020, but was never in stock. They told me to order something else and paid them a little extra to get something I really wanted. This was also never in stock. After a very long time and many excuses from them, I requested a refund. They refund the small amount £1.49, I think, but constantly prevaricate about the larger refund. It's only £40.00, but it seems that this appears to be now their modus operandi and they are now acting fraudulently, with many people in this position and it must add up to a lot of money. I have chatted to them and raised tickets and it just goes on, i.e. wait 10 days, wait 15 days, wait 1/2 days etc.. or we will pass your request on to the relevant department. Paypal, of course are not interested, as it's beyond their refund deadline, even when I told them that this company is scamming people and was not interested in a refund from Paypal, they just rejected my complaint. I hope people check Trustpilot before ever touching this company.

Zero star if i could ..very bad…

Zero star if i could ..very bad website..they took my money while i ve cancelled the command. I give an advice don't throw you money in their garbage.Dont trust them they will make you wait everytime you request your money back..one time they will tell you it s the weekend one time they will tell it's bcause of Covid 19 and so on.The client service dont care about you they just answer you to give you hope so you dont put a bad command but fortunately websites like trustpilot exist and allow you to give your point of view about bad companies like gearbest..gearworst will be a better name i think..

Haven't received phone after nearly 6 months

Waited for my phone for over 5 months, never received it. I spoke to support 7 times and each time they were convincing me that the phone will be in stock soon.
I requested a refund, and over two weeks later I still haven't received my money.
You might get a bit more lucky and receive your phone in couple of months, but then you'll get a surprise from Import Duty tax office saying you have to pay import tax which would be around 1/3 of nominal price.
Just stay away from them, maybe 5 years ago it was worth of gamble and nerves, but definitely not these days anymore. Just use official brand shops or bigger players on the market with better reputation

Really poor service

Really poor service. I purchased an Item on the 14th April the item status is showing still not shipped we emailed Gearbest who told us to contact the seller directly. We clicked the chat to the seller.. Top Rate Store.... who haven’t bothered to respond...we also clicked on the faster del option with no response... it’s been over two weeks it doesn’t take that long for an order update..... Gearbest the item was purchased through you need to take more responsibility for you customer services.

Ordered a phone and not delivered nearly 4 months after

I placed an order for a phone £270 on the 3rd of January 2021. It's now 22nd of April and order is not delivered. The tracking numbers are not recognised by ups. They are not real. Customer support keeps telling me to wait a little longer. First, wait 15 days to get feedback from ups, now it's wait 3-5 working days repeatedly. Save yourself the time, hassle and money.

Waste of time and money.

Less than 2 years ago I bought a phone from this company - today I have to throw it away. The battery which is unreplaceable has gone and Gearbest doesn't care. They just reiterate that items are only guaranteed for a year and that's clearly how long they expect them to last. Other large online retailers guarantee for 2 years - buy from them!

I placed an order on 20/11/2020 for the amount of € 273.60.
Order never arrived at destination!
Really bad customer service, their response was "just wait".
Then I contacted UPS Italy, to find out that the package never actually arrived in Italy.
Result: after 4 months, money was lost and goods never arrived.

Read before you buy

Read before you buy! This company kept putting me off for my refund until I had to get my bank involved, otherwise I don't think I would have ever got my refund! The item was defective and was not my fault, they told me mail the item back which had cost me £53 postage and they did not even refund me this, just the cost of the item£355. They promise you that they do their best to help their clients, but beware!! I've got a bitter experience with them!

I ordered an e-bike (engwe ep2 pro), 17 days ago, (e-commerce Gearbest) shipping from Poland. Shipping time was 7 days. Today they write me that they have no stock and that they have to wait for replenish.
Please solve it.

Don't ever buy anything from here as if its faulty customer service just shut tickets and you'll never get a replacement or refund. Most of the items are so cheap they won't even last for the "warranty" period.

Don't buy there!

The last few orders were a lottery. Some of them arrived just fine, some of them very late and some of them I never received. I tried to resolve this with customer support but didn't receive my order nor my money back.
