I orderd a Shirt and paid this. No order confirmation after a week. I wrote an Mail and ask for confirmation. No answer but a Ticket ID. I mailed again and again. Still no answer. After 1 month I ask for canceling the order. 1 day later I got an cancellation confirmation and a payback of 53,3 % of the money I paid. I have no idea how this value is calculated.

Ya I bought some Halo ODSt shirts They are way overpriced for how cheap the quality is. Paid $90 CAD for shirts that feel like they are from Primark.

Bought a Halo ODST figure - box arrived with the plastic torn open, box already opened, and the item clearly opened with a mark on its head. Raised this to xbox store support and they said "all stock items were inspected for said defect. This is the reason why the outer box might be unsealed."
Would have been good for them to have mentioned this BEFORE purchase. Especially as a collector.

I picked up a UNSC sweatshirt. It was £40, delivery was £11.

I think the sweatshirt is a £7 Primark sweatshirt. And it was delivered in a plastic bag by Evri - pretty much the cheapest delivery company in the UK.

Disappointed beyond belief. I genuinely thought Xbox would make sure their official store would offer good quality merch for fans, not the cheapest rubbish for the biggest profit.

Awful delivery and communication, ordered an item and was given the run-around about shipping delays, only for them to cancel and refund my order and tell me the item was out of stock. This took nearly a month (surely it should not take a month to figure out whether something is in stock) and the website still has the item up for sale and has not been updated.

If you don't live in the USA, don't buy here. They don't deliver. I live in Brazil, I made a purchase in November 2024 and so far they're giving me the runaround. Email support doesn't help.

Poor diversity but I like some stuff. Bought Forza Motorsport licence plate and it looks great on my mini cooper

I picked up a Vasco Funko from them before. It was late by 3 months. When I wrote them they did inform me about it and apologized. Kinda bummed out that I didn't hear it from them first but at least they replied.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I have ordered items from Xbox gear shop which have arrived, however, it is useful for all to know that the items do not come from Xbox they come from various suppliers. I recently this year pre-ordered the Queen Myraah and Dom Santiago figure (by Storm). Paid for it in March and now in August received an email stating they can no longer meet the demand and will refund my money. Absolutely not good enough. They have had my money for months on the basis a pre-order is secured. If they can’t meet the demand they shouldn’t take the order. Will never order from here again. So disappointed.

This is a scam site do not order from them I luckily had my money be funded through PayPal who were absolutely brilliant very easy but please do not order from this site you will not receive your item they need to get a proper job instead of robbing people

I pre-ordered and paid an item and it wasn't delivered.
Paypal was useless because the sale was too long ago.
I got my money back after threatening to involve the police (not sure if that was really necessary but i panicked after seeing the other trustpilot reviews).
All in all i'd say they are trying but they could do better.
I recommend using paypal and make sure you're still eligible for customer protection (there's a time limit).

Paid for expedited shipping just to see item won't arrive for a month. Total scam. "Expedited" and 2 days later still haven't shipped. When I messaged them they told me the item is actually out of stock! So they charged me 115$ plus fast shipping for an out of stock item. SCAM artists DO NOT BUY FROM GEAR SHOP.

I ordered a hoodie and sweatpants for my boyfriend on Dec. 13th, 2023. The order said it would ARRIVE by the 19th (Standard Shipping). It is currently the 19th and not even an email that says it has even been sent out for shipping.
Super frustrating, no customer service at all. Would NOT recommend. 0 starts if I could.

I should have read the reviews first. I love Microsoft gaming, but do not shop at the gear store!! They will send you the wrong product, then charge you to return it to them, and then refund you part of the purchase price after charging you convenience fees and not replace the item!!! Absolute rip off, and the customer service are incredibly rude!! Avoid at all costs, go shop at IGN or something!

I bought a gift card from them for my son’s birthday and still have not received it. I purchased it on Friday 09/29/23 and it is now 10/01/23. I tried messaging them and got no response. I opened a case with PayPal but they are making me wait until 10/06/23 to escalate. I normally purchase through Amazon or Microsoft and the ecards get delivered within minutes. I spent $100 on this card through Xbox gear site and I have no gift card as of now. I want a refund as I already purchased another one for him on 09/29/23 since it was a birthday gift. The company has no legit phone number, no instant messaging, just email and they don’t respond. I’m out $100 and it’s not right. They took the money from my account in seconds so why didn’t I get the gift card in that same amount of time?

Avoid them. No customer service.

As everyone else, these guys are absolutely useless.

Pre-ordered Funko Pop 20th Anniversary Halo Master Chief on 28th of December 2021 via Credit Card.
Received a mail in April 2022 that there will be a delay and item will be shipped in June 2022. Now it's 10th August 2022.

Three times they said that there "occured" something and delayed again. One time they stated "We have reached out to our vendor asking for an update. Upon hearing back from them, we will notify you." they did NOT notify me.

They then said (twice): "Unfortunately we have encountered an issue that has created an unexpected delay in the creation of your items. If there is any other delay that may occur, we will let you know right away. Your order should ship in 1-3 weeks."

They don't really answer the questions e.g. when another shipment will arrive. Today 10th August I got this answer:

"it looks as though this item is currently on backorder. We have a couple of options: we can continue to hold your order to be sent out when our next shipment arrives, or we can cancel and refund your order."

On backorder? I pre-ordered in December 2021. I'll wait until 15th September and then try to get my money back. I will never ever buy anything again from the "Xbox Gear Shop" which is only using the name "xbox" to sound better. The people behind is Snow Commerce.

Bought a Funko Pop 20th Anniversary Halo Master Chief that was badly crushed. Complaining that the item was damaged as I am an inbox collector the Customer Service team refused to acknowledge my complaint stating the outer box is just packaging and refusing to accept any liability for the damaged item. Not the way to treat customers - will never buy from them again
