Still waiting on order that's now 6 months old...

I have ordered 2x hoodies and a t-shirt in august 2022. Everything seemed fine, I have ordered in the past and never had any issues.
To shorten this experience: to this day, I have not recieved my order or a refund. The package was never out for delievery, it was immediately send back. In september I was nearly chatting every day with customer service and getting very frustated. Allegedly the order was re-sent in october- but is still lost. I will never order something EVER AGAIN.

Customer support and delivery is a disaster

As other customer already mentioned, I also ordered the DF collectors edition and received a damaged item. Trying to get an replacement in this case is impossible, the Blizzard Gear support always will answer with this text:

"We have reviewed your case with the Quality team, and since the damage was very minor and we do not have more stock for a replacement, we are unable to offer any alternative to your product at this time. We are working hard to review all packaging and shipping processes so that this type of situation does not happen again, but sometimes the physical state of the orders is beyond our control (customs, airports,...)."

Shipping is clearly the responsibility of the merchant, especially when the packaging is extremely bad and cheap for a high quality product as a collectos edition.

Since Blizzard Gear is refusing a replacement I made a chargeback and now waiting for a return label, but when asking for it, I only get the reply above

Ordered a 1 shirt for christmas

Ordered a 1 shirt for christmas. Was charged almost a month ago and nothing has shipped with no communication from this business. DO NOT SUPPORT BLIZZARD GEAR STORE!!!!!!

this business WILL eventually run themselves into the ground.

Awful Customer Service

Ordered a sweatshirt for my grandson in November for Christmas. It still hasn’t come and it’s December 30. No communication whatsoever from them. Horrible customer service.

They're a complete disaster

They're a complete disaster.

I pre-ordered the collectors edition of Dragonflight and it's been a nightmare. I recieved it in a plastic bag shipped internationally in November. Made my first complaint in early November, no response till December.

They initially agreed to send a replacement and fully admitted fault. But just before Christmas, they flipped on that and are trying to say the damage was beyond their control! I'm absolutely livid, it was not beyond your control that you sent an expensive product in a plastic bag instead of a box, the whole situation is moronic and exhausting.

I've had to buy a digital copy of the game because they told me the code would be cancelled, and now I'm still here fighting. This is exhausting.

I really wanted to buy some gifts this year and have been afraid to buy from them during this experience.

Still horrific

Still horrific! I have been using blizzard products and merch since my older kids now on their 30s were teens I recently purchased a product for Christmas and spent the same amount of money on next day shipping finally received it 4 days later and have been emailing and auto botting trying to get a response for a refund on the ridiculous amount of shipping paid and receiving it 4 days later still no answer from anyone this is horrible customer service and a total rip off nothing has changed in years.

Blizzard gear store has terrible…

Blizzard gear store has terrible customer service response times and an archaic return/cancellation/refund policy. Doesn’t make sense. Again the blizzard gear store is terrible, assumed since it was blizzard it be pretty good…should have read the reviews. Will never buy from gear store again.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. Ordered World of Warcraft dragonflight collectors edition in german which arrived damaged, so I asked for a refund. After 14 days of calling and emailing them I have always been told to wait for an email response.

I Also made another order for the same item in english 12 days ago. It has not arrived and I did not even get an email about when it would arrive. (I have also been told to wait for an email by the customer support.

100% do not reccommend shopping on this site.

Avoid at all costs

I would say they have horrible customer service, but I'm not sure they even have any. I managed to talk to a real person on the phone only to be told the US help staff is only there 9am-5pm, which is not listed anywhere on their website. Again, with live chat, was told the same thing. They tout 24/7 customer service but clearly not. I sent an email with absolutely 0 response. I was on hold on the phone for close to an hour. I sat waiting for a representative in live chat for hours. I waited 12 days for an order to ship, and it has been stuck in limbo for another 12 days as "label created" I have requested a chargeback with my credit card company as I don't see myself receiving this item at all. I've bought from the gear store before so I didn't think much of it, but since they moved to this new company I would NEVER buy from them again. Highly suggest NOT using their store to anyone. It's not worth the risk.

Stay away

Gosh! I wish I read Trustpilot before ordering: I preordered a T-shirt (order BLF24262). They sent it to me through UPS, who delivered it to someone else in another town. When it was done, I received a mail with a button "if you didn't receive your package, click here."

This gave me an email address to whom I wrote. No answer. I wrote again a week later, no answer. I went to the website, found the formular and explained, and I got the answer saying:

You have to contact to UPS, and tell them that the order delivered It should not be delivered to another address, theyc have made a mistake and must deliver it to their delivery address

I've answered to them it is not my job, but theirs (and beside, the law in this country, like in most european countries is that if you receive something you didn't order you are entitled to keep it, so not even UPS can do anything about it)...

Well... No answer!

Be sure to use PayPal if available so you can start a dispute and get your money back. Otherwise, you're screwed.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered an item on pre order, waited 15 days after the date it was released. Emailed repeatedly, told on chat they will respond heard nothing. Now 12 days before Xmas they say they don’t have it. Thieves for taking money when they can’t even be bothered to either send it or let their customers know. No apology. Horrendous. Do not order from them

Terrible service

Terrible service. New company is worse than the last. Spent 2 hours trying to contact them via chat. They kept responding someone will be with you in a moment. I then called, spent 1 hour being in que 1. Don't buy anything from them. Be aware!

Got sent a damaged, faulty product that bears little similarities to the advertisement and I'm being ignored when asking for a refund

I ordered a T-shirt from this site. My money was taken immediately and a couple of days later the product arrived. It had no tag, the image on the T-shirt was far smaller than what was advertised and the image itself was degraded, smudged, had missing elements and on some parts there were holes where you could see the fabric.

I wrote about a return. I received their confirmation email that was followed by a week silence. I replied a couple of times asking for an update and still no response. Finally I used the live chat function on the site and somehow got to arrange, that if I send them photos of the product and the packaging they will send me a pre-paid label, which supposedly would not require me to pay for shipping, but I was not given any further information what to do with it upon writing a follow up email, because it was ignored.

I decided to use the live chat feature of the site again, explained them my issue and asked:
When will the label arrive? What am I supposed to do with it? Will I be notified when it gets shipped? How about when it arrives? Will it be at a personal address or at an office? How big is it and will it fit trough a mail slot?
I was left alone for about 5 minutes then the person on the other end said "please hold" and ended the conversation. A couple of minutes later I received an email from a person, whose email address ended with shop.realmadrid.com, nothing to do with blizzard, who replied to the my previous emails saying that they have notified the logistics department about the return label.

It is my honest opinion, that no one who values their money or is a fan of a single of their games should buy from this site. They will get your money, ship you a falsely advertised and damaged product and when you ask for a refund will ignore you and stall your times, so they won't be forced to give you the refund.
I will continue to ask for a refund, because for such a low-quality product it was very expensive. Hopefully they won't stall and lie to me and actually give me the refund.

Completely useless, totally unresponsive (fraud!)

I placed an order four weeks ago. The money was taken immediately, but my order has yet to process or ship. I have attempted to contact their customer service six times since then, most recently to cancel my order and get a refund. They have never, not once, ever responded to me. It is very difficult to get them on the phone, and when I finally did get through to a representative, they had no idea what was going on on any level. They promised that I'd receive an email following up about my order within 24 hours. That was over two weeks ago.

I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud and I encourage anyone experiencing this same treatment to do the same. If they're having trouble handling orders they could at the very least communicate this, or communicate ANYTHING to their customers, not just ignore them completely.

Some of the worst customer service I've experienced.

This has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
When asking a question in chat, I get unrelated answers in broken English. Also, when continuing conversations via e-mail and asking for an update on the matter, I get a duplicate copy-paste response or no response at all for weeks.

It is getting worse year by year

A few years ago I have ordered some merch and it did not came in time and even that i had to pay some extra money because of the delivery from another counter even they included taxes in price for shipping. Now we have ordered two collector’s editions for new WOW expansion and one book. The book come early but it was horribly damaged and no collectors editions. Thw support is so horrible and i wont buy anything else because of this experince. Thanks Blizz

What an absolute garbage customer…

What an absolute garbage customer service.

I ordered a DF collectors box and it was delivered much earlier than expected. I thought “awesome!”, but then realized the box contained no game key. And THEN noticed my order is stuck on “unfulfilled” so no return possible yet.

I have been trying to get hold of someone on all platforms (which seem inactive since January) for a week now, no luck. It’s like they don’t exist.
