Thank you Trust Pilot. I was toying with the idea of buying from Gadget Centre but when I saw the poor customer follow up I decided not to purchase.

Everything exactly as described in the advertising! (That's pretty rare these days). Just one tiny point, I had to enable Secure Boot myself as this had not been done. I would certainly buy another device from Gadget Centre! :)

Bought a laptop as my old Dell could not be upgraded to current OS. I found it easy to order and built to my spec from initial order to delivery no problems and prompt updates. When delivered the condition was nearly new and the start up time and speed as described . I would recommend this company .

Seeing Gadget Centres advert on Facebook, I was interested, but a little sceptical that it may be ‘too good to be true’ due to the number of fake ads on social media.

Having read the reviews on Trustpilot, I decided to place my order. I have to say, I couldn’t be happier with my laptop. It was built to the spec I chose, and was delivered on time.

The laptop has been professionally refurbished, including the case, which looks like new.

Ir received my laptop and i was surprised it's very fast same like brand new I definitely would recommend to all my friends.

Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish. Easy to order; everything very clear and easy to understand. I was very sceptical but the reviews persuaded me to take a risk. My new laptop - a refurbished Dell was everything I wanted it to be.

I work as an online tutor so require everything to be quick, fast and reliable. My old hp laptop (3 years old) had started to struggle with multiple content and students on zoom and I was starting to look unprofessional.

I have travelled extensively already whilst teaching with my new laptop, even tutoring from a couple of cruise ships and everything has been fabulous. My only comment would be I wish that I had ordered a slightly smaller/lighter model - my fault!

The quality is amazing, the price was very reasonable and the packaging was very secure.

My laptop may not start in 3 seconds as advertised... but it still starts in about half the time of my PC.

Overall, I am 3 months in to having my laptop and I'm still very impressed with its performance.

Laptop purchase
I advised to try Gadget Centre when I needed a replacement laptop.
Ordering was straightforward and delivery prompt.
I had a problem with charging the laptop at first although the performance of the machine was excellent.
Gadget Centre fixed the problem swiftly with no quibble.

Very pleased with my refurbished Dell laptop from Gadget Centre. It's like new and very fast. Only minus was it did not have a built-in DVDdrive, which was no biggy as i bought an external drive fron a well known Chinese company for £12. The pre-installed free Opensource(?) Libre Office suite was an unexpected bonus, enabling me to edit all my MS Office files. Thank you guys!

I love the fact that its so easy to specify exactly what you want with your laptop. For me a large HDD memory and RAM were what was important and its great to be able to pick your spec and not be forced to pay more for things you don’t need like graphics cards. Amazing laptop, as good as new for a fraction of the cost of a new pre-built one. Quick delivery & exactly what I requested. Perfect
