I purchased roof rails from here ordered online and no track . When I email an automated response that we are on leave and will respond . The estimated delivery while ordering was 2-3 days .

When I call the number it goes to mailbox and can’t connect to anyone .

For me had to raise a dispute with bank and marked as a fraud or scam .

Be aware of these situations .

late delivery, but good product

Ordered a grill set for defender, states no where on site about needing the position lights and Indicators too. Not a single piece of paper/instruction in the box. So then had to order position light kit. Another week. Then get that, to find out the plugs are different so I’d need to get new plugs, would have been fine if they just put a bulletin (by the way..) nope.. nothing, and guess what, no paper in the box. So now 3 days later finally got plugs. When
They did arrive they looked like poor quality plastic lights . I will say Delivery, super speedy hence the 2 stars. But quality is rubbish. Awful. Screws were twisting and snapping as tightened with barely any pressure . If it was a company a bit more helpful I wouldnt say it was that bad. But when I did ask about fitting the grill kit for any instructions, rather than send me any or find some they said “look online there are vids” useless . Didn’t buy this for myself, was all for a customers truck as I do a fair
