Overall great experience
The products ordered were for a funeral and were exactly what we were looking for.
Unfortunately, I didn't look at the delivery times quoted, which meant that they might not arrive on time, but they did and a good week before they were due, which was great!
Upon arrival they were even better than expected and the quality was excellent.
Overall, very satisfied, thank you.

Wow! That was quick!
Not only was the item exactly as I had ordered but it arrived much, much sooner than anyone could expect. In fact it beat the the tracking indicator!

The hat I ordered was in a terrible state. It was totally crushed. Whoever packed it should be shown how to pack properly. I’ve been trying to to steam the creases. I don’t have enough time to return and start all over again. I will not be buying from you again or recommending your company.

Long delivery but product as advertised
Bought a cheap watch so not expecting anything great - still, it arrived no problem, looks as discribed and works just fine.
PLEASE NOTE: deliveries can take a long time! This is company policy in order to offer free postage, but don't order when you need your item in a hurry!
