Disappointing…
It clearly stated I was paying for a set of 9 coat hooks. I checked and double checked as I wasn’t prepared to pay £11+ for just one hook.
When my order arrived, it was just one coat hook. I went back on the site and it said it was £11 for just one hook. This is not what it said on the original listing.
When I tried to complain, I wasn’t able to.
The only positive was the fast delivery.
Very disappointing.

I believed that I had received a small…
I believed that I had received a small paper cutter and a spare cutter. The only item delivered was the spare cutter but it doesnot fit my cutter.
I have tried to get some sense from the customer desk but no luck I cant even get them to talk to me
My order details were Gran-GBR595614
the item arrived in a small jiffy bag through Yodel in a order number is 590122582
I have a Fiskars cutter which has my cutter . The item delivered by Yodel supplied a different cutter which will not work. I also have not received the small paper cutter at all.
I am losing the will to live you have done nothing to help me you just fiddle about telling me you are a genius but in reality you are unable to do your job correctly .
Are you intending to complete this problem or jerk around. ?

They were constantly in touch when I…
They were constantly in touch when I was unhappy. Ivana especially was particularly helpful. I would recommend using. They sent me an item which was got lost not because of their doing but because of the mail services. As a result they sent me the product with a bit of a refund. When I received it I was unhappy with it anyway and asked for a refund. She gave it and didn't ask me to send it back. I am very impressed with the customer service.
