Selling parts they don’t have . Took payment on my card . No phone communication . Please don’t do business with. Terrible

I ordered an item based off the advertised availability. The item I received was incorrect. I have emailed called and left voicemails unanswered. I have called daily to both numbers listed and no one answers or returns calls

False and deceptive online advertising on their website. A 86 and Older 6 way Power Seat Transmission - Rebuilt is being falsely posted for $50 as if that's the part you'll receive from them, as a complete rebuilt part, when you add to the cart. However, it's not what you'll receive. They want you to pay them in advance for receiving NOTHING. The picture of the part you'll see on their website, is totally misleading. When I contacted them to complain about this, via there sales dept. email They we're extremely rude, condescending, insulting, disrespectful, smart @s$es and liars. To just mention a few. They told me to fix my own part myself and that to let them know what the FBI says, when I told them I was going to report their business to the proper govt. authorities for their illegal business practices. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They act like psychopaths. Forget about trying to call their number(s) too. You'll never reach a live person nor will they ever call you back. It's a bogus number! This garbage shady business needs to be shut down at once. Consumer BEWARE. I suggest you report them as well to govt agencies to complain. The "A+ BBB rating" is a JOKE and also a fraud. All the employees are a joke as well. Don't get scammed people. Take appropriate action against this con establishment.

Ordered a grill for a 78 Malibu. It came in with spots and scratches all over it. Reached out, spoke to a guy in customer service. He said I had to send an email with pictures. He would watch out for the email. Next day, no response, so called back. Same guy answered, said he didn't see the email, so provided his personal work email to send the pictures to. Again, no response. Called again the next day, no answer and a message stating they are extremely busy and the same thing next day. They shipped super fast for my initial order, but they obviously completely suck with customer service!! Better hope that if you order from this company, you don't have any issues with your order because you will be out of luck!!!!!!

I purchased a floor pan back in April of 2021, order number 51158. After a month didn’t receive nothing saying it shipped, I reached out, no response. Finally get a response, they say the order been pending waiting on a response from me asking if I would pick up from shipper. I agreed, that was end of may. Still nothing, reached out again a month ago they say they had a bad shipment it will ship out in two weeks. Another month goes past, I inquire about my order now they back to saying they are waiting on a response from me if I would pick from the shipper. This place is unorganized, can’t never get no one to answer the phone and takes them two days to respond to emails. I would assume due to all the complaints. I have requested a refund and they response was they have waiting on me to say if I would pick up from the shipper is the hold up. Requested a refund again and nothing. The shop my car is being restored at is charging me fees due to sitting waiting to this part. Unless you have over 800 dollars to waste for part and shipping for a part you will never receive, I wouldn’t recommend buying from this business.
