It’s not worth its money anymore, shame.
The food tasted amazing as always, but for an £85 price tag, not worth it at all. The food tasted amazing as it does, but we got a classic burger, 2 chicken burgers and a coleslaw burger. We got skinny fries, chunky fries, onion rings and Mac cheese. For the drinks we got 3 milkshakes, 2 Oreo ones and a chocolate one and a Diet Coke. The sides were in tiny cups, the mac and cheese were in a tiny tray and we got 7 onion rings. The burgers were tiny and for an £11 price tag, it just wasn’t worth it. The service was spot on and the food was exceptional but so small it was disappointing. I think if they’re going to have a high end price tag, you want high end food and get what you pay for. Absolute shame cause this is always our go to for special occasions and this was for my daughters 21st and it was deflating. Absolute shame.

The burgers has shrunk to a painful level, fries are teeny weeny and “loaded” now means “barely covered in sauce”. Staff were great. Not worth the price now, just go to five guys instead!

Couldn't put fries on the same dish couldn't use a knife and fork no space awful.
Got charged 12.5% service charge which I think is a lot, considering the service we got. You need someone that you can actually hear and that looks like they actually want to be there and not take the metal trays away before everyone had finished eating. Lakeside

Wouldn't even give these 1 star. Inordered online and didnt recieve my order. Don not order from the warrington delivery service.

GBK Chiswick Manager Tamas is very rude unprofessional he’s doing his best to ruin the GBK’s reputation it’s a shame food is good but this man attitude and ego is bigger then business I will not surprise if people stop going there

First time in years that I have returned to GBK, I remember it being pretty good before. But although the burger tasted good, the portion size was small for the price. Service was ok, but I won't be going back again. Really poor value

We went to Birmingham and the kids wanted burgers. Went in and waited 5 mins to be seated.. looked like they were short staffed as the lady who showed us to our seat was also bringing food out and also the chef was helping out but they were very polite. The food came which was hot and tasty but the best part was the milkshake.. this was the best milkshake I had ever tried. Would go again just for this.
We paid the bill on the app from the table and for 4 meals was £67 which was good value.

Staff are really lazy tell you to order on the tablet and then don’t pay attention when you call for there attention on it. Fries well there laughable if that’s what you call fries there tiny and the smallest portion. Say refillable drinks and then refuse to refil them very poor.

Great service from Max at the GBK Trafford Centre. Food was excellent as well. So much better than the York branch. Highly recommended.

Lakeside review: Firstly the staff were attentive to my son's allergy requirements and ensured that a thorough checklist was completed before ordering. We've never eaten there before so this alone was an encouragement to return. The burgers we ordered were cooked well and well presented as was the rest of the meal including the milkshakes. The actual restaurant was clean and not a long wait to get in even though it was early evening. Staff made sure all was well with us. I would definitely recommend.

They made the best burgers that's worth the name of Gourmet. Staff members are always helpful and friendly. Lunch deal is great value for money!

Great value meal at Bluewater today. Very tasty burgers and fries. Milkshakes are still miles better than other places. Looking forward to going back there.

I've been eating here for years. I've always received stellar service.

Today I was told by the manager Billy that he refuses to serve me because of an issue with their dishwasher preventing them from catering to allergies. Despite me telling him it's a preference and that I'm perfectly capable of deciding what it is that I wish to consume, whether it fits within my preference of being dairy and gluten free or not, he still refused to seat me at a table so that I may order food from one of my favourite restaurants.

I have NEVER received such terrible service from GBK in Westfield Stratford however after this appalling level of service I will not be returning back there. Who is Billy to tell me what I am allowed to eat and what I am not allowed to eat? Is that how you treat your patrons?

Tried this burger spot recently and found it a bit underwhelming. The burger was okay but nothing special lacked seasoning and felt a bit rushed. Fries were decent, but not particularly memorable. Service was fine, though not especially friendly or attentive. Overall, not bad, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return.

I can't review their food because I've not been. I was interested in trying a GBK burger so I went to their website to find out where my nearest branch was.
On their website you can put in your post code or location so I entered my local city but it wouldn't let be search without giving access to my device location (useless because I wasn't at home at the time).
I politely emailed them to ask why they needed to know my device location and if they could tell me the nearest store to my home but 3 weeks later they have not responded.
If the customer service in the store is ask good as their website I won't be eating there.

Very poor food, bean burger was flat, tasteless and deep fried so much that oil dribbled with every bite. Fries were dry and tasteless. Never going back. Very overpriced for such poor quality food, even with the deal.

GBK used to be THE best place for burgers, nowhere else compared and it kind of ruined going out anywhere else because nothing could live up to the quality. Now though, it’s a different story. The quality has nosedived over the last couple of years and they’ve ditched the sweet potato fries which is odd because everytime we went 90% of tables had them so it’s not as if they weren’t popular. Costs obviously went up and quality went down so it’s a shame but we won’t be back

Went to the Trafford centre GBK paid for 2 of us £50 for 2 burgers single patty, one chicken burger 2 drinks and 2 fries. So starting off it wasnt really busy a lot of empty tables waited about 25 mins for burger could see one of ours sat on counter I presume it was the chicken. Then the chicken burger was almost cold definitely over cooked chewy and no flavour at all. Chips were skinny fries over salted tbh but hot. I had to get a reorder of the chicken burger this one was boiling hot as “freshly made” tbh tasteless I’ve made my own panko breadcrumb burgers at home and with these there was no seasoning at all. Ordered it with “house mayo” both came without. Son didny mind his said was a bit t burnt asked for it well done. For £50 you’d expect decent bread at least won’t be going again overpriced and tasteless. Lady who got the replacement burger very nice friendly staff apologetic.

What a sad decline in quality and quantity. Cribbs causeway friendly welcome, not sure what the tablets for ordering are for, gimmick! invest that money in heating the food. Portions now small, chips soggy, had to reorder!! Sad decline in what was a good place to eat and no longer a reasonable price. Happy to discuss

I was made welcome by the friendly staff @ the Gourmer Burgers, Liverpool 1 restraurant. I was well seated and my dog was brought a bowl of water on this hot day. Although I'm probably not a normal burger eater, the food was good and the price was reasonable. After my meal and although I had inadvertently overpaid, my error was pointed out by a lovely and kind young lady member of staff and I was given my correct change. The staff were a credit to the company.
