These guys take your money and if you get your product?
Consider yourself lucky
I ordered a $45 item and had to email back and forth for a week to try and get a replacement for an item that didn't show up.
They said it was delivered but had no photo as proof, just told me too bad...

Stay away...

What an awful experience

I can't within good reason mark any more than 1 star. I have not received my package after more than 20 days, and the customer services agents are outsourced with "no contact to management" or anyone that could help me with my order.

Absolutely awful order. No way to track once the courier receives the parcel, it could be at customs, it could be in their possession, who knows as they have already stated it was out for delivery, then 15 days later the parcel is stuck at "we've got it" sadly it's me that should have the package, not them.

Some may ask how this is the fault of PipingRock, well easy, there is no direct contact for them to resolve this issue. Hermes states it's as simple as the seller contacting within 7 days, but customer service agents tell me it cannot be refunded (no replacement order) until after 20 days. Still yet to be refunded, and being told to wait another 5 days.

At this point, it's only worth negatively reviewing based on my overall experience, which is that there is no contigency plan to arrange a more pleasant experience for orders that are clearly either ceased at customs, or lost by the courier. Both could be sorted a lot sooner if the company had an interest in communication channels that are open for them to confirm at all times, whilst not being able to the buyer..
