I made a purchase of golden goose sneakers on June 12, 2023, and received the order around June 20. After wearing the shoes only a few times, I noticed that the logo lettering on the back of both sneakers has fallen off. This experience has raised concerns about the quality of the item I received, as I've never encountered such an issue with other shoes from this brand. I'm also uncertain about the authenticity of the product. I kindly request a refund for my purchase. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I may need to escalate it to the relevant authorities to address potential concerns about counterfeit products. I have attached pictures of the shoes, which I have owned for just a month and a half, for your reference. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I was initially uneasy about ordering from an overseas company I hadn’t heard of, but my ordering experience was quick & seamless. They ship via DHL and my order arrived within 2 days.
My item was as pictured and shipped with care. Thank you!

Things to note for US customers:
-they charge in euros so be sure to use a credit card with no foreign transaction fees.
-I believe any order total above $800 is subject to import fees so keep that in mind/do your due diligence

Beautiful site with great designer products, BUT A
BIG, BIG downside . A return from the USA will cost you a FORTUNE . So choose wisely and make sure you DO NOT HAVE TO RETURN.

A return from the USA to GAUDENZI BOUTIQUE in Italy is on you as shown in their policy.
UPS, DHL , etc, charge a fortune. In my case the return of a way to big pair of FENDI SANDALS would have been $285 and up.
FYI, I picked my regular size of this brand but this particular style ran very large and Gaudenzi website listing didn’t warn me.
You can’t ship by USPS - which would have been around $130 - because GAUDENZI has a 10 day return policy. Out of experience USPS takes often much longer.

Nevertheless , I shopped with Gaudenzi before and after a few email exchanges they kindly agreed to send me a shipping label which was €62. That sounded ok BUT they didn’t tell me about potential additional customs cost.

Unfortunately, GAUDENZI messed up the customs form and I ended up paying €123 customs cost ON TOP , for a total of €185 for my return. That’s is $ 207 for nothing .

Sadly , I just saw on trustpilot that Gaudenzi must have been fully aware of the potential additional customs cost. They choose to not inform me about that.

So be aware and check Gaudenzi’s return policy first.

There are may comparable high end designer boutiques in Italy , Germany, Canada which provide you conveniently with the shipping label for a flat rate of no more that € 40 like , My Theresa, Julian, Tiziana Fausti, Unger , LN-CC, SSENSE and others.

I ordered my shoes and got them 2 days later. Great experience. Thank you

I snagged a current season Gucci bag at much lower price than my local boutique. My item arrived in great condition in a dust bag (plus a smaller dust bag for the chain strap). There was no box, but I don't keep those anyway so I didn't mind. It took 4 days to ship from Italy to HK and FedEx sent constant email updates. I was initially suspicious because I hadn't used this company before, but a bit of research told me that this was a reputable boutique which was worth a shot.

US buyers beware… I strongly discourage American customers from purchasing from GAUDENZI BOUTIQUE. They will pass on ALL TAXES AND CUSTOMS FEES TO YOU! In the case your item must be returned for whatever reason you will be charges again. For a blouse $900 they charged me $200 plus.
There are enough companies like Mytheresa and others that absorb the taxes and make returns easy. Never again ☹️

Watch out for this website! They don’t provide return shipping labels that mean you will be charged over one hundred for sending back an order ( in addition to the initial shipping cost )you don’t like. In addition to that, they charged $200 more for the fees of restocking. It is a scam! Very bad experience! Do not buy anything from this company!

I returned my order but only received 80% of the refund. I checked further with their customer service, not only were they not apologetic about the incident, they claimed the difference in refund arouse from shipping cost (which is non-refundable) and custom charges. After questioning further, they insisted that customers are responsible for any custom charges for when the goods are returned to their origin, which is unheard of from any other online shopping platforms. Moreover, other than shipping and custom charges, they were not able to explain part of the discrepancy. Overall I had to pay for 20% of the order for nothing.

I received an awesome deal. Fast shipping from Italy and exactly what I ordered. I’m very pleased!
