Horrible experience. The website states that I can enjoy a 10% discount on my first order. However, the discount was not applied to my order.
I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, and they refused to give me the 10% discount. Instead, they offered to include a gift in my package and provide a 20% discount on my next order. This is outrageous.
I received the package, and the product looks like a cheap Chinese item of very low quality. The fabric is poorly stretched and forms bulges in the corners. I requested customization with my initials, but one of the letters is coming off.
690 euros for this product is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!
I strongly advise against ordering from this website, as it is clearly selling junk!

Once a payment has been processed, the e-commerce does not allow for retroactive discounts due to technical limitations in the hosting platform. Unfortunately, as you placed your order and made the payment before contacting us about the discount code, we were unable to apply it. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered you a more advantageous alternative, including a complimentary wireless charger and a 20% discount on your next purchase.
Concerning the product, we regret to hear that it has not met your expectations. Please be assured that our products are handcrafted with the highest quality materials, such as premium Mississippi alligator leather. The natural variations in the leather, which you have described as irregularities, are an hallmark to the authenticity and uniqueness of the product.

We were surprised by your claim that a letter had come loose, as we conduct thorough quality checks before shipping. However, we are more than willing to address your concerns. If we find that there was indeed an error on our part, we will be happy to repair or replace the item at no cost. We have consistently demonstrated our willingness to find an amicable resolution. We offered to replace or exchange the product and we even offered an additional gift. We are disappointed that you declined our offer and chose to make inaccurate and unsubstantiated claims about our company.
It's unusual to have a client who is so deliberately avoiding dialogue, so obstructionist, and who seems unwilling to find solutions.
