This company are thieves I have been being overcharged and evictions filed against me due to me withholding rent and refusing to pay fraudulent and overcharged fees. My entire building has complained and voiced it to the leasing managers and they all just are rude and disrespectful. The complex is Skyhouse Orlando and it’s terrible. I decided to pay the fees to avoid eviction due to my daughter and I needing a roof over our heads.They are racist and not professional I will be filing small claims
Suit for all my funds they stole. I am kind and very understanding. I’ve tried to reason with them and I have ALL proof that they are committing fraud along with witnessss. They don’t care about the economy’s state they only want your hard earned money. Kelly watts is there leasing MANAGER who has cursed and spoke ill to many residents and has a Fraud background and has been arrested for fraud before.Stay away from gateway they are crooks! Skyhouse Orlando needs to clean house.

Many of Gateway Management Properties based in Alabama USA are plagued with the same problem that many are plagued with DRUG DEALING. The tenants are forced to endure drug transaction daily, the dealers are emboldened because some managers are NOT concerned or uninformed about the crime. I have had to endure this on a daily basis when walking out your front door into the midst of a drug transaction the situation is completely overwhelming. The manager here boldly attacked my character implying that I was difficult to silence me into submission. I have lived here for over four years and has NEVER had a disagreement with anyone. So the tactics used against me proved that complaints are considered as annoyance and met with rudeness and unreasonable behavior. The properties have cameras so proof is attainable but with no effort or concern from the management in the leasing office the drug activity increases. There are law abiding, hard working tenants here at Richmond Villas apartments and many older tenants also, the disrespect,and bold presence of the drug dealers put EVERYONE at risk. Where drug activity dwells violence and blood shed soon follows.Anyone that has the courage or integrity to voice the truth is harassed endlessly while management turns a blind eye. It is far easier to dismiss the truth or blame tenants than to address the problem
Richmond Villas is well known for drug activity in the past so to discard present drug activity presently shows a blatant callous disregard for the truth and overall safety of tenants, complaints are dismissed and ignored occurs within the apartment complex thus allowing the criminal element to flourish, words are used to pacify the tenants while conditions become worse, words become useless when action is needed.
