Gas Appliance Spares have always been very easy to deal with and have great customer service communication. however have noticed since the takeover by UK Electric that stock levels are much lower than they used to be and the prices seem to be steadily increasing on a regular basis. My latest order (though I am using them less for the reasons stated) included part number 600524 (a braided flexible hose for an expansion vessel) which on the website was shown including the fibre washer, actually came minus the washer. This seems a very small point, but it is pretty major when you don't find out until you have the boiler drained ready for fitting the part and the old washer disintegrates! so, come on G.A.S...supply what it shows in the pictures!

Used you for the past 18 years…

Used you for the past 18 years excellent service, advice and deliveries on time, I receive the goods quicker by you than using the three suppliers close to me and you are slightly cheaper plus with the carrier leaving the goods in a safe place my customers get the best service I can ever give.
Keep up the good work as me and my sons have many more years of service to give.

Very professional service

Very professional service. Extremely helpful. Easy location of part and very accurate information for delivery and they kept me up to date with delivery. A company that knows how to treat its customers. Will use them in the future.
