I still don’t have my umbrella nearly 3…

I still don’t have my umbrella nearly 3 weeks after I ordered it from neighboring Germany, this an order over 600 Euros.

Dreadful service. Taken money. Not delivered.

Dreadful service. We have paid over 1000chf. Furniture has not arrived. Will it arrive? Are they a serious company? No one calls back or answers the telephone. We do not recommend this company.

However, the current situation with more orders than usual and overloaded transport service providers is currently having a massive impact on our logistical processes. This can mean that we are difficult to reach, that e-mail inquiries are answered late or that proactive information is not provided. In addition, there may be long delivery delays.

Unreliable delivery

For an article that was on stock, it took 4 weeks to deliver, after several escalations. Nobody could tell me when the item will be delivered and emails were not answered. When I was placing the order, it was promised delivery will take place in the next few days.

Due to seasonal business, we currently have a delivery backlog of several days. In addition, there is a significant overload of our transport service providers, which in exceptional cases cannot guarantee punctual deliveries. This also affects the exchange of goods on site and can also affect stock goods.

However, we find your complaint that you do not receive an answer to e-mails very unfortunate, since we have given you information at any time upon request.
