Smooth, was kept informed on shipping.

Firstly 1 star is too high!!! My Order was placed and paid for on 4th March 2026…
I have received 10update emails of where it’s suppose to be. It is now April 12th and still have not received the products.
This so called company seems to be a SCAM.
SO FRUSTRATING to put your trust and money in to a Company such as this.

Order never arrived
Track17 just states China=> belgium (delivered)
No local carrier ever received
no decent reponse from their support

I still have not recieved my order. track 17. Is not accurate . And is not very helpful .

Asked to return the article with refund because it doesn't match my expectations. Their answer:
"Sorry to know the item is not fit.
But to return this item will cost you lot of shipping fee.
It might not worth do it.
How about we refund 3USD to you as a compensation?
As for the item, could you send it to your Friend who might use it?
Waiting for your reply.".
Terrible customer service. Never buying here again.

It’s a scam.

I bought a few items from their site and they overcharged me and the items were not as described or as the images / videos showed.

I have been going back and forth to get a refund and return the items but they offer me $4 usd which is insulting.

They never provide an address where you can try returning the items and claim they use a shipping company and do not pack or send the items so they cannot verify if the items are incorrect.

The whole company is based of scams and dodging.

Appalling. Bought a phone holder for the car, doesn’t work properly and they won’t issue a refund. Do NOT buy from these people!! I’m going to a small claims.

Absolutely terrible customer service wireless mobile charger/holder opens and shuts every 30 seconds. Only allowed 1mb attachments to their email so insufficient to show fault as smallest video 11mb. Stay away from this company

garmentlace.com has parent company name "MANNER TRADING CO., LIMITED" which I have found in many other problematic sites. And almost all sites with this parent company is not doing a genuine business. You can found its review on other reviewing sites also like De-Reviews.com where they have clearly mentioned not to trust this site.

OMG, what a disaster dealing with this company, be wary, very wary to purchase any thing online. I've been in contact via emails seeking to obtain a return address for the wireless charger (S11) that my mobile doesn't fit between within the 3 support clamps so I can't use the device functionality. Emails back and forth, small video's sent as requested and still the emails come

These hats are made out of paper, 100% and are total trash. The company does not post negative reviews. The claim satisfaction guaranteed......what a joke! Buyer beware!
