I ordered a new bottom rail for an old sliding-door wardrobe. Because the shipping cost was very high, I agreed to pick it up from their main storage facility in Fredrikstad. On the delivery day, they informed me that they already had an appointment in Oslo and kindly offered to deliver it directly to my workplace instead. Excellent service — 5 stars!
Hello, I work in a Polish factory for Mr. E.B. . At the moment, 50% of employees have not been paid for 2 months, 20% have received 1/3 of the payment for 07-2023. The rest got (6 people) the whole salary just because they produce doors.
The hall is currently padlocked by the owner due to the lack of rental fees.
Some doors are marked as "send to production" or "Complete" just so that Mr. E.B. gets paid for the door so he can pay the bills.
Ordered and paid.
No answer from support.
No delivery date respected.
No follow up orders.
Send to inkasso without even inform about the delay of delivery.

Very bad experience. i ordered in May 2021 and it is March and still 1 item is missing. I have been following up but no replies no calls. It is terrible service.
In February 2021 I ordered a wardrobe, not only did it take until late august to receive most of the items, by February 21. 2022 I STILL HAVEN'T GOT ALL THE ITEMS I PAID FOR
The communication is terrible from warehouse and installation people.
I gave ordered in may 1st week of 2021. I paid complete amount. Til i am waiting for garderobe.
Every time false info.
I never recommend this to anyone.

Hei Pavani. Du bestilte 7. mai og betalte et lite forskudd. Når varene ankom lageret i slutten av juni, sendt vi deg info om dette. Restbeløpet ble betalt 3. juli. Dessverre fikk vi ikke montert varene dine før sommerferie avviklingen, og derfor endte det med at du hentet varene 13. august, og vi tilbakebetalte beløpet for frakt og monteringen umiddelbart. Vi håper at du nå er fornøyd med produktene.
