I did not receive the product
Unfortunately I did not ever receive the product. I received an email that said the order was passed on to the courier. I checked the delivery link multiple times and the status said delivery was in progress but no date was given which I figured was due to the fact the product was coming from Italy. I waited and waited and the status didn't change. One day when I was checking towards the end of Aug, the status stated "shipped". I sent a couple of emails to gardenstuff to tell them I did not receive the package and received NO response. I finally contacted them on WhatsApp. I received a response but it basically said there was nothing they could do given the length of time between the delivery and my request for an investigation. The person they said they delivered the item to does not work at my building and they even checked the security tape and they did not receive items from ParcelForce on the day. Gardenstuff asked me to contact the local delivery post office and they said their status shows as "delivered". So in the end, no product, no help from gardenstuff. Just generally bad service. I will not be ordering from them again but I am still on the look out for a good window planter holder.
