I have given up now
I have given up now. I’ve tried everything- writing emails, using the chat option, texting via WhatsApp ( hasn’t been delivered for days) and calling. I am sad because I really thought this shop was legit, and I lost 50€ now.
They took the money, and didn’t give me any information about the delivery. My package never got delivered, even though it says that the order has been fulfilled. It has not, and I am truly disappointed. I’ve waited a whole month now.

Was told in the chat that they were having DHL and new warehouse issues, after long days of waiting without any update. Still no update after few days, so I contact them in the chat again: no reply. I asked for a refund: no reply. I send an email for a refund, after 13 days of absolutely no update: still no reply.
I think you can understand I never received my seeds as well. I can understand you can have problems with shipping, but you can also send updates, emails, etc, to your customers. They went full radio silence, it feels scammy.

BUYER BEWARE: Order not shipped/received, no customer service

STILL WAITING FOR RESPONSE FROM VENDOR, FOR PRODUCT ORDERED OR REFUND. NO CONTACT SINCE FROM THEM SINCE THEIR REPLY TO THIS REVIEW.
EDIT: Following the reply below from the vendor and an email, I was told the seeds would be sent at the end of the following week, which I agreed to. Once again, I have not received either a shipment notice or the seeds nor have I received any response to my email querying this.
I therefore see no reason to change my rating of this company and once again I strongly caution against using Garden Paradise Seeds.

I ordered my seeds in March and was advised I would be emailed shortly when they shipped. That was the last I heard from this company until this week I was bombarded with multiple requests by email to review them on here and to review their products on their website and informed that they had successfully fulfilled my order.
I have contacted their customer service email and simply received a would-be-comical auto-reply and nothing else. If it weren't for several more positive, apparently genuine reviews on here I would deem this vendor to be an online scam. As it is, my opinion of them lies firmly with my fellow negative reviewers.

I ordered seeds for the first time from Garden Paradise Seeds and I can't complain. The delivery to Israel took a little longer but that's our government's fault because customs in Israel can sometimes take months.
