HORRIBLE customer support

HORRIBLE customer support. After writing them through their website, they respond over email without the option to reply. So its impossible to resolve an issue that needs more than one email. I had to go back to their site to respond where I am given a new agent that has no reference to the previous email. I also tried the online chat where the agent asked me to send reference photos, which was not even possible on their chat.

Main issue is the technical support options. Second is their agents seem to not care.
