Confusing tickets pricing on the Garden Museum website

Beware the Garden Museum website where it is impossible to purchase the advertised best rated tickets.

The site adds unexplained amounts as you go through the ticket purchase

Staff were unhelpful and defensive when I complained and took over three weeks to finally explain that I needed to buy my tickets at the actual Museum box office to get the advertised best price They then informed me that the promotion I was after had mysteriously “now finished”

Very disappointing
