I wish I could give zero stars too! Ordered several items mid March for early April delivery. When I queried them in mid April (I did manage to get through to a human being!) was told waiting for just one of the items. I asked them to despatch the ones that are ready. When I next checked, those had gone out of stock! On 07/04/22 I had added 120 Marigold plug plants plus some begonia tubers. Some of the original order arrived last week in not brilliant condition. Still no sign of the remainder on 09/05/22. With luck I might see some flowers by September! Will NOT use this company again!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. Very poor quality of products that all died. Patronising customer service who refused to refund even some of the value. My recommendation is to avoid at all costs

Good experience this time
Have had some issues in the past (hard work getting replacement for plant damaged in transit, although eventual replacement was very high quality). But must speak as I find with a recent order. They now have a phone line and were easily contactable and very helpful on the phone. Plants arrived within 10 days in good condition and were competitively priced. I certainly won't give up on them yet.

Re Gardening Direct order 000104067 I placed an order in March 2021 for 170 plants priced £24 advertised for delivery end April I have continually been emailing this company for update who either don’t respond or respond we are busy, today I received what looked like a seven inch tray of water cress containing apparently 170 plants.
The product is very poor standard
The customer service is non existent
Take my advice avoid this company AT ALL cost.

Ordered 2 Hanging Baskets in Feb-21 in good time.
Still not arrived, taken the money and have not received any positive response regarding delivery.
They advertise in many sources, my advise to anyone who has seen a advertisement stay away for your own sanity, they drive you to despair.

Ordered 3 lots of bedding plugs plants Inc 70 plug geranium to be delivered early March.
It's now mid April and despite several emails still no plants and no explanation. Cheque for the plants was cashed at the end of Jan 21.
Even more annoying they are now offering me these plants at half price!!!

I ordered a selection of flower and tomato plugs and received substitute tomatoes and broken plugs and package. A real mess. Notified supplier and sent photo. Asked for partial refund ,especially the Tomato plants that were unsolicited, a variety that I avoid normally. Guess what !!! Ignored. I have been a regular customer of theirs for many years. Goodbye in future.

Rubbish company cheating the public
I have spent over £100 on plants with this company. I ordered large plants and paid a premium for them. Some have at last started arriving and they are pathetically small- not at all what was advertised or what I ordered. No response to emails or phone calls.
