All but one penstemon plant died
All but one penstemon plant died even when I had potted them on rather than planting them out due to the hot dry weather.
They arrived very wilted but I dealt with them immediately and they picked up fine and then one by one wilted and died.

The bamboo was in transit far too long
I know you say 5 days but this is clearly too long
It says on the boxes live plants open immediately
They arrived in a poor state but I think the plants were not the best to start with as they have not improved
The delivery company were a nightmare
Overall disappointing all round with the quality and service
