Garden Gates Direct Reviews 

First, they no longer answer their phones so any and all communication has to be done by email. Second, they actually act as middlemen, as I discovered the gate I bought from them is actually made by Cannock Gates Ltd and I would have saved a considerable sum of money had I gone to them directly. Because Garden Gates Direct do not tell you this you have no way of directly communicating with the supplier. It was only when my order actually arrived (with the wrong sized gateposts for the gate - over 6 foot high for a 4 foot gate) that I discovered Garden Gates is just a middleman. Not very impressed and would not use them again.

I received my Norfolk gates after not being able to make the first delivery date. The service was excellent throughout the order and delivery process, including the delivery driver. The gates are perfect and of High quality. Would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Just received my 6 gates from Garden Gates Direct and absolutely delighted with both the service and the product.
Excellent help with sizing and deciding on gate types, communication during ordering and delivery from Dan and the team.
The gates are perfectly sized, very well made and look fit to last decades.
