Awful company!!

Awful company!!! The worst! Avoid at all costs. You will not get your package. I paid a lot of money for my order and £21 in delivery charges. It was not delivered to me and they refused a refund eben though it was not my fault. Customer service awful. Please please do not waste your money.

Very poor customer care

They have sent my parcel to another city. Yes, another city. I had to drive 3 hours back and forth for it. When I wrote the situation to them - all they could say it is not their fault and since I already had free delivery, there is nothing they could do.

This is so unprofessional. There was no “sorry” no trying to understand their mistake and no taking responsibility for their customers bad experience.

Level of cutomer care is extremely disappointing

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Garbo & Friends. There was an issue with my delivery where the parcel was sent to the wrong address in a different city than the pick-up point selected in my order. Instead of helping resolve the situation, the company simply stated that the package was sent to the pick-up point selected at checkout and therefore they take no responsibility.

In their response, they mentioned that according to their policy they would normally charge a €30 fee if a package cannot be delivered due to a customer’s mistake — even though in this case there was no mistake on my side. They added that they decided not to apply this fee, but still refused to refund the €12 shipping cost.

As a customer, it shouldn’t be my job to determine whether the mistake was made by the seller or the courier — the seller is responsible for the delivery of the order. In the end, I didn’t receive the products I ordered, still had to pay extra, and had to spend my time dealing with their customer service. For a brand positioned at a premium price point, this level of customer care is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

The sheets I bought were so thin they…

The sheets I bought were so thin they ripped. I've never in my life had bedsheets rip. Thin and outrageously expensive, badgering with emails even though I unsubscribed, return policy means you have to pay shipping all the way to Sweden. Even though many of their items are made in Pakistan. Complete scam

I have ordered off their site for quite…

I have ordered off their site for quite some products beginning of october. Shipment didn’t arrive because sender (read: Garbo and Friends) entered the wrong shipping address. Package was sent back to the warehouse. I have immediately contacted the customer service, but service is very bad. They don’t help, after a while they even stopped answering. We are now more than a month later and still no package received. I have spend more than 250 euros. I will take further legal action. But please, never order here, despite their beautiful products.

Awful customer service

I ordered clothes for the baby. The shipment was delivered to the wrong address for two times in a row. I contacted customer service, but no help received. Despite the fact the brand produces very awesome goods, customer service is awfully bad. If you experience any issues - nobody will help you.
