Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Company at All Costs
I had a terrible experience with this moving company and strongly urge others not to use their services. My move from Florida to New York turned into an absolute nightmare. They were over a month late delivering my belongings, leaving me in an empty home for weeks—thinking it would only take a few days.
Numerous items were lost in the move. While the company initially promised to replace them, only one item was ever replaced despite repeated follow-ups. They also assured me I’d receive a refund of over $200 for the delivery delay, but now, over six months later, I have yet to see a dime.
Communication was just as frustrating. It would take days—sometimes up to 5—to get a response from the owner, Jeff. I understand that things don’t always go according to plan, and mistakes can happen. But what matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Sadly, this company chose not to take proper accountability for the issues they caused.
I have been more than patient with Jeff, and have finally decided it is time to write this review.
Save yourself the stress and heartache—do not book with this company.
