Ganas auto is the worst experience of purchase most likely ever!!!!! Got a 2017 passat broke down 3 months later transmission just leaked out oil on spot. Then I called they picked it up and had it in for about 3 months I was calling almost everyday after the 3rd month. I lost my job then they called me threatening repo and added a repo on my credit ... 2 1/2 yrs later I still owe them 14k and started at 14k I've paid them 20k already and still at 14k... It will not go down and if it does they add charges like insurance even though I got insurance... DONT GO TO GANAS I repat don't go to ganas they steal I'm planning a lawsuit I'm still under 3 yrs just finding someone becouse nobody picks lawsuits from used car dealers they make no money ...

My experience at Ganas Auto was so smooth! It was my very first time buying a car and I was so nervous about it but Jacqueline Campos made it better. She was on her second week of working there and she did such a good job. She was very enthusiastic and determined for us to get a car. I recommend going to her when you buy your car! She's so funny and nice to talk to, not just about business. Thank you Jacqueline and everyone at Ganas Auto in Fontana for your help!

Bad Service !!!!! Still waiting on my plates and registration haven’t been able to drive my car for 25 days because it doesn’t have the proper documentation, call every other day and all they do is pass you around to other reps that don’t want to even give you there name. DONT BUY WITH THEM 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I really don’t know what made me go to them they are really ripping me off I purchased a car from them October 14th didn’t drive the car 150 miles before the transmission went out they then told me I was responsible for getting the car towed to them now they are telling me I have to wait for it to be repaired and they don’t know how long that can be in the mean time keep paying my car note but be without a car until who knows when they tell you whatever they need to tell you to get you down there and then treat you like a piece of crap after they make the sell customer service doesn’t help you it seems they want to hinder you more than help you and the service department has a big problem with communication you can never talked to the desired person you want to talk to its ridiculous if I would have know that I would have to put up with this crap and not have a car a week later I would not have went there I’ve been on the phone with you guys numerous times for you guys to just tell me basically I screwed out of my money I’m not understanding how the piece of crap truck transmission goes out after a week and you guys can’t put me in another vehicle or a loaner these guys is full of crap and their vehicles STAY AWAY

I went there, even though I had read a lot of negative reviews, and congratulate myself for doing so. I was helped by Gabriel S. Gonzalez, whom despite being so young, is extremely friendly, courteous, respectful and and hardworking. My credit score is challenged, yet he went above and beyond to help me drive off in the car that I wanted. The entire process was seamless and quite easy. I liked the step by step video explanation of the sales documentation, and thanks to Gabriel and his Sales Manager, I drove off the lot in a gorgeous car. I highly recommend Ganas Auto San Fernando to anyone looking for a good deal on an excellent vehicle. Trust their professionalism and willingness to help. You will not regret it. Drove 1 hour to see a car they said they had available that we were interested in. Get there they didn't have the car and the amount they advertised was false they use the price to fish you in to get you to buy a more expensive car.

The dealership felt very friendly and I could tell that the team were all working to help me finance a car. Santiago was very helpful and I was able to finance my first car, he also stayed late after hours to make sure everything went through okay. Overall a really great experience!

I went to Ganas Auto after visiting several dealerships with my Dad that told him no. But I met Daniel who took great care of us and he was able to drive off the lot with a new car and it was such an easy process. They explained everything! If you need a car see Daniel at Ganas Inglewood location. Great customer service!!
