Terrible company

Terrible company, so unprofessional. I rented an apartment from them for 9 years and when I moved out it was a disaster. First they tried to charge me $12 for a lightbulb... then they withdrew rent from my bank account after I moved out and our contract was over. Even though it was 100% their error they wouldn't return it the same day. Told me I could "pick up a cheque" the following week, even though I was going to be away. Unbelievable. Do NOT rent from this company. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with such unprofessional behaviour. Very upsetting.
