If I could give this company a double zero I would. Ordered a NFL band for my wife's Fitbit Sense and it kept separating from the watch even though they advertised it as compatible. I called the company on numerous occasions and sent emails and never received a response. I will contact my bank to reverse charges on this defective product.

I never did figure out the web site. The CHAT feature was not available. Apparently, there are so many restrictions on what will not work than what does. World curling needs to find a better broadcaster.

Gametime is terrible Company. There products are expensive and very cheaply made. There customer service is NONE. There business practice is just as bad. Example: the Schedule watch is Abouslete. Can not even download schedules anymore. Next the Gametime NFL Smartwatch. 180.00$ No support at all. Both of these two items and another watch all stopped working. Stay away from this Company. They charge alot of money for junky products.

Great watch! Strong sturdy and haven't changed the battery in 2yrs!! Waterproof too. Great investment.

We bought our GameTimeVictory Series about 2 years ago. Just last week I picked up the watch to put on and the band fell off of the watch. It appears that the black connections broke away from the stainless steel parts.First time I have ever had a watch do that. Would like to get a refund or replacement of a good watch. This was a Kansas Jayhawk watch.

I received two game time watches (NFL) for gifts from my wife. One was purchased through the mail and the other at the NFL Hall of Fame. Both watches have stopped working. Called Gametime after researching for their number and the lady advised watch was to be wound very day. Instruction stated differently. For the money that was spent this product is not worth the money

Ordered and paid for a watch at the end October. Was told originally that the watch was out of stock and to order another watch. To this day, it has still not arrived and have heard so many excuses. After they didn't honor their promises, had to turnover to the credit card company for collection of payment. Would not recommend........

This is the fourth time I have ordered from Game Time and all my previous expereinces have been smooth and amazing but this one was the worst one. I placed an order of four beast series watches Minnesota, Stanford, and NY Yankees at their website on September 25. I entered promo code and received free UPS srandrad shipping which meant my order would arrive the following week by 3rd or 5th October (estimated). However I only received confirmation of my order and the week it was suppose to arrive it didnt and there was no tracking number. I called the GTSW customer service and found out that Minnesota and Stanford watches were sold out and the order was on hold. Interaction with Brendon Kutcher the customer representative was the only positive thing about this shopping experince. He guided and helped me through out the process, he first replaced the two watches that was out of stock with the watches of my choice. He kept me updated through email about my previous order where it was and when I would recieve the NY yankees watch that was shipped out. Eventually Brendon was able to find my orginal order of Minnesota, Sranford and NY Yankees watches (due to the company's technical issue it showed that the two watches were out of stock and only NY yankees were shipped out). I received the watches the next week but there was another problem. Instead of one Minnesota and other Stanford I received two Minnesota instead. I contacted Brendon again and he updated me via email that I can ship the wrong watch back and he will ship out the correct watch asap. He emailed me the shipping label and I have dropped it off at my nearest fedex office this week. I still havent received my Stanford watch yet but Brendon have emailed me all the shipping info and he is working hard to get the tracking number via UPS and hopefully I will get my correct watch by the end of this week. I would give Brendon Kutcher 5/5 stars of his excellent customer service but Game Time you recieve 2/5 stars for poor performance.

Not able to use yet. Wanted university of Iowa football. Error in program. Person I talked with is supposed to send me a code to download schedule when it is available in August. Hope it works this time.

While the watch was delivered to Isabelle ,the one who purchased it is myself.So I did not see the watch.But Isabelle told me my grandson loved it .

Sorry to say but was really excited to receive this gift for my husband. Two bad comments to give first of all got wrong watch and second one of the hands is messed up.

I am in absolute aww of the watch I received, it was perfect in every way. It was just as i pictured and it was THEE graduation gift for my boyfriend, he loved it even more than I did. The one thing i was disappointed about, was the shipping. I paid 16.00 extra dollars to get it in 3 days and i got it in 5.

I had a great experience with Game Time their customer service is outstanding, their knowledge exceptional. Their products are the best and they stand behind what they sell.

i have a mac/apple and could not download the giants 2014 schedule and had to return it to get the schedule installed which was done promptly--please update your system so that for 2015 and do not have to return it--otherwise it is a great program

The products are high quality and when you order over the phone, the sales person talks to you like they've kkown you for yrs, + prices are hard to beat.

Experience would have been better had the initial schedules worked. ..

I have had four of these watches over the years and really enjoyed them. This time I have had no luck getting the schedule I purchased to download to the watch. I have tried several windows programs but nothing will work
