Delivery is whenever they send to you
Delivery is whenever they send to you. Ordered item August 18, 2023. After 3 weeks no delivery & the company Gamestriss Graphics claim they don’t provide delivery dates, or refunds just get item when you get it. Contacted my financial institution & got credited.

I want a refund. My package was never delivered. Please us Fedex or UPS for delivery like all other establishments.

As it relates to the delivery, we opened an investigation as soon as you notified us. The investigation has been closed and proof of delivery has been emailed to you. The package was in fact delivered.
There are additional red flags that our investigation uncovered -
- Shipping address for this order is 1990 miles from location of IP address
- A high risk internet connection (web proxy) was used to place this order

First of all I was told if I ordered it…
First of all I was told if I ordered it I should receive it by May 5th. Secondly when I opened the package the graphic tee was so cheaply made. I ordered a large to make sure it was gonna fit correctly but I’m actually a medium but this shirt was so small it can go on a small dog I was so disappointed and want my money back. I politely took it off and put it back in the packaging. DON’T BUY

Poorly made and cheap material
The maxi dresses were did not fit nor look like the picture. The measurements were off and the dresses were way to long, bunched in the back, and had that unattractive duck tail at the bottom. They were not flattering at all and I had to pay more money than it was worth to get it altered because I had no time to get something else. Additionally, the long dress with the pockets was way too short! I am 5'3 1/2" and the bottom of the dress came to the middle of my calves. Again, not flattering and not according to the measurements. It looks like they ran out of material. The fact that there are no returns or refunds should have been a major red flag, but I went against my better judgment. I will not be ordering from here again.

A USPS Tracking Number was provided to the customer. An immediate response was provided advising we would reach out to our warehouse for any additional updates. A follow up response was provided the same day advising order is in transit, further updates will be provided in 1 – 2 days. So sorry we were given such a low rating even though shipping update was provided the same day.
Amazing Custom Designs
Gamestriss Graphics has the most amazing designs and unique custom prints on the clothing and accessories. I love that I can get a matching bag, hat and shoes along with my custom outfit!

Initially, there was a miscommunication about the delivery. The seller addressed it immediately, assured me that my items were on the way, and kept me informed right up until the day they were delivered. I received exactly what was described and am pleased with my purchase.
