GameSir G7 Pro issue, QUICKLY RESOLVED!

Bought the GameSir G7 Pro as an early Christmas gift to myself end of november 2025. The RT had stopped working along with the RT stop. After contacting customer service on the GameSir Discord, CSR "GameSir Soul" determined that the controller should be replaced and issued a replacement immediately. NEVER had such good customer service from a "tech" company in my life! Great Job GameSir and Thank you to "GameSir Soul" on discord!

Well done pro controller at a affordable price

I went from an Xbox One controller, then upgraded to a Series X controller. After that, I bought a G7 controller, which was a significant upgrade from both other controllers. Now, I've decided to buy a G7 PRO, and it's a massive leap from the G7. Almost everything about it feels premium, and it has an excellent feel with its custom mapping buttons and mouse-click buttons. For $129, it's a steal and makes Microsoft and Sony's pro controllers seem nice but not worth it because of the price. Durability and stick drift are what kept me from buying an Elite Series 2, but the price, features, and quality make the G7 Pro a must-buy. The ZZZ Edition is absolutely awesome as well; I'm a fan of it.

I bought a GameSir Cyclone 2 controller…

I bought a GameSir Cyclone 2 controller on Amazon and had an issue with the dongle.
After initially contacting support via email, I resolved everything through the official Discord channel.
The support was quick and effective: the request was verified, documents checked, and the replacement shipped without complications.
Special thanks to GameSir Soul, always present and helpful.

Service has been on top of my issues and walked me through how to resolve my issues as well. Also walked me through on how to do things I didn’t know I could do with the G7 pro controller

Greatest support ever

Greatest support i ever received from a controller Company, GameSir makes sure every costumer gets satisfied. Everybody on the staff is nice and attentive, Gamesir got the nicest staff on Discord also with everybody willing to help others all the time (special shootout to Shark for helping me so much, you're the best \o/)

No support after failed delivery - SCAM

Made an order 3 months ago. Order never arrived, and I've had no useful support, and now just radio silence for the last 2 weeks. I'm marking the payment as fraudulent with my bank, and report to trading standards.

Poor after sale customer care

I bought a Gamesir Nova Lite controller.
After less than two weeks (and not constant use) the A button has stopped popping back to the original position quickly as it was. It is now mushy or squashy, really hard to describe the problem.

Now Gamesir is not willing to swap it for a new one, but instead only give me £5 partial refund.

WHAT A JOKE! Honestly will not be recommending Gamesir devices to anyone.

My controller wasn't working wirelessly…

My controller wasn't working wirelessly on my console. The person I spoke to through Gamesir's Discord server walked me through their resynchronization steps to get the wireless dongle and the controller talking to each other again. They were very polite and patient. Over all awesome experience!

Love the product, love the support even more

Love the product! I was incredibly disappointed to log on for a session of gaming to find that the controls were all messed up. After initial troubleshooting, I went to the Discord channel and got virtually INSTANT support. After troubleshooting with a representative (who was helping other people at the same time) we got to the bottom of my problem and back to gaming. Thank you GameSirSoul!

Great controller and customer help

I was very happy with my controller the Three z g7 pro for the Xbox was working great but it developed a issue were the right stick button press didn't work, the nexus program firmware updated helped but it started developing the problem again this week and they are able to send a replacement.
